I had one of the best experiences with Dr. Tornambe! I researched breast augmentations for about a year, and went with Dr. Tornambe not only for his beautiful work, but for his upmost compassion and honesty with me. Right from the beginning, Dr. Tornambe was kind and attentive to all of my questions. He and his staff made me feel very comfortable — everyone in his office is professional and well-knowledged. The pricing was fair, and the office manager even assisted with my financing needs. With Dr. Tornambe, I never once felt like a number, as I felt at other consultations — I felt like family. As for the surgery itself, my scars are nearly perfect and I experienced next to no pain post-op. Recovery was faster than I expected and I didn’t feel nauseous at all, even after the procedure itself. I am very impressed and super excited with my result, my breasts are the perfect size and shape for my frame! I wanted to achieve the most natural look, which is how I found Dr. Tornambe. However, it was his professionalism, bedside manner, and stellar staff that made the decision very easy for me to go with him. I would recommend him to anyone I know!!

Your result is so gorgeous! and I have to agree with you. Just had a consultation with Dr. Tornambe. It went so well and I was super tempted to book a date right away lol.

I was eager to go shopping and see what size I was at! I came out to a 34DD, though I am only two weeks post op, and still waiting for drop and fluff. The left is starting to drop and fluff and is about 1/4- 1/2 inch below the right. It looks great - bigger, softer, etc. My rightie is sitting higher and the slightest bit tighter. I am eagerly awaiting the day it catches up. Wondering how many others had an uneven dropping - and to what degree.

I had mine done the 7th and have not done any bra shopping yet. Great results thus far!!

Looking great! I got mine done 11/8. 350cc smooth round memory gel silicone unders. Mine are still riding a bit high, alot of upper pole lol. My left looks better, softer, and not tight at all. My right is a bit higher and still feels tight at times but it's my dominant side. I was told that makes a difference.

Thank you! Me too! I've noticed slight differences day to day, I think over the last week they have lowered a little more and have less upper pole. Mine don't feel tight, I've noticed that the nipple on the dominant side is slightly higher than my non-dominant side :)

You're welcome! This past week has been so much better! The tightness on my right went away, they're getting alot softer, and dropping more. I'm also able to do alot more. The doctor allowed me to start sleeping braless and now my muscle contractions are gone too! For the first 4 wks I almost regretted getting them but now I finally feel like I made the right decision lol.

I noticed that my breasts have started to drop a little more and I wanted to share an update. I'm so excited to see them change and take their natural shape! The healing process has been much easier than I thought. No pain around the stitches area, and I can see they are healing nicely. One of my stitches is trying to force itself out, so it is a little red. I just clean it every day and put some neosporin on it.

Looks amazing! I'm obsessed with watching other people's implants drop into place, mine are 12 days PO and excited watching them change every day.
