5'2, 125 pounds 345cc SoftTouch Silicon Full (SSF)

I can't believe it has been a year. I have attached a bunch of recent pictures since this is the final results. I love the shape and size, it is perfect for my body and they are natural looking. However, if there's one thing I can say is.. once the implants settled, the nipples kinda got higher. I don't think its bottoming out because the scars are in the same place under the crease. Wearing bras has become a challenge since my nips keep sticking out. I have a lot of lower pole fullness, which I don't mind because I guess that was the whole point of the natural look. But at the same time I can't show any cleavage since my nipples are too high. Overall, I am happy with my results. Maybe later on I'll probably get high profile so that my nipples are more centered lol

Some pics and update. 6 months post op!!! I am very happy with the results. Took the girls out for a vacation and I can say that this was the first time in years were I felt confident wearing a bikini. This was the best decision of my life lol. Just to recap, I got 345cc under the muscle, full profile. I'm 120 pounds now and no kids.

I will be 3 months post op in 2 days but couldn't wait to post the pictures lol. I love the results!! I know I had some boob greed which is mental (in my case). Once I got measured and found out that I was a C cup my brain changed her opinion lol. I went bra shopping and 32C fits me perfectly!! They have dropped more since month 2 and they look sooo much better. The incisions are getting better and better by the day. I am glad I listened to my surgeon and went with the 345cc instead of 365cc. I know if I went bigger I would've felt uncomfortable, especially in my profession since I work with children. And my surgeon said that I would have a lot of side boob. I think my chest measurement was 11.5 wide the 365cc were 12.5. So ladies take that into consideration when you go to consults. I specifically told my doctor that I didn't wanted the "fake" look and she delivered. I got measured at the earie store. I order some bras from Gilly Hicks (Hollister) and the 32C fit me like a glove. I hope this helps!!
