Pre-BA/Before Photos & 1st BA Post-op pics

I'm including pictures of my breasts pre any augmentations for comparison to my BA (8/17) and revision (3/18).

BA Revision Due to Capsular Contracture 7 months later

I recently had my BA revision done about a month ago due to CC. This time for sizing I went with moderate profile, 585cc on my left and 690cc on my right due to asymmetry. Incision was done under breast fold. I had larger natural breasts before my 1st BA so needed a larger size implant to help fill out some minor sagging and wanted to avoid doing a lift if possible. I'm positive I have CC again already. First noticed symptoms 2 weeks post op. I've attached pictures to show how they currently look. One new symptom is my right breast has a strange large bump that is quite painful to the touch in addition to the throbbing and tenderness I have all the time in Both breasts. PS does not think its CC and says my symptoms are due to swelling. PS also didn't think I had CC before as well even after I raised many concerns. I don't agree with my PS that I dont have CC. My symptoms I'm experiencing now is exactly what I felt the first time i had CC. Also, the bump on my right breast near my armpit literally just popped up out of nowhere 2.5 weeks post op. Feeling frustrated, depressed, hopeless, and unsure abput what to do now other than to have the implants removed. Do I only get a lift? Do I get a lift and breast fat transfer? Should I go with a different PS....if the pain was bearable, I'd keep them in and deal with them since I'm already $8k in but I know leaving the implants in is NOT an option

2 Weeks Post-op - 500cc+ Silicone Gummy Bear Breast Implants.

Today marks my two weeks post-op already! I'm still in some discomfort especially near my incision area (nipples) which is expected for a little longer yet. lol randomly get some muscle spasms and "zaps" from the nerves but they are tolerable. I'm off pain meds, religiously still wearing my compression bra, and have resumed about 80% of my activities. Previously, I mentioned going from a natural 34C to a DD but after measuring at my 1 week appt, I'm measuring at 36DDD/38DD (the sister size bra). Of the two sizes the 36/DDD fits the best but I know l will be challenged to finding that size bra later down the road. I have purchased a few high-impact sport bras to switch out for a few hours while I'm washing my compression bra. Honestly, the post-surgical bra by far has been the most comfortable! Kudos to the staff for picking a comfortable and nice looking garment! I've added additional pics to try and show how the implants are sitting. I think they look great and are starting to feel like a part of my body! Thanks again to the wonderful staff for taking such great care of me before and after my procedure. I cannot wait to go back in December for my BBL!

Dr Kovanda and his team was truly a class act! Very personable, sincere, genuine, and showed compassion in what he and his staff do so well. I wouldn't have picked anyone else to perform this procedure on me. The minor details of him holding my hand in the OR to calm my nerves, to asking if I was comfortable or needed anything was great! I look forward to working with him again soon! I'm day-1 post-op from my breast augmentation. Surgery day went well and I was feeling great most likely due to the anesthesia. Today I'm much more sore and in pain and hardly able to move around as expected. Dr Kovanda and his Personlly picked staff were an amazing team and took great care of me and showed compassion the whole way through my procedure. I was naturally a full C cup size prior to my procedure and now am a DD. I went with 500cc on my left and 535cc on my right breast due to slight assematry. I'm happy with the results thus far and cannot wait to see the end result. I'll be back to visit him in December for my BBL and can't wait to work with Dr Kovanda and his staff again!
