Surgery is done! Very happy so far :)
I'm am so happy everything is done! Honestly, I was soo nervous about them being too big or too fake looking that I almost cancelled the procedure. After following my surgeon's advice, I ended up getting 325cc mod+, under the muscle. I am soo happy I went with this size and not smaller! (was planning on getting 275 mod profile at first...) Even thought they are ridding high and look a bit strange from being compressed under the muscle, I am very happy with the size/volume and loving my new boobs already! Surgery went very smoothly :) Just trying to take it easy now and let my body recover! Will post most pics as they D&F

Wanting a very natural, modest BA. Deflated boobs due to breastfeeding. 115 lbs. 5.6 feet. Considering between 250-300cc
Hey RS community :)
So I had never in my life considered having a BA. But after breastfeeding my two beautiful children and losing weight from working out after my pregnancies, I found myself left with small deflated boobs. I don't even come close to filling my pre-pregnancy bras anymore...
I'm looking for a very natural and modest BA, mostly to make up for the volume I have lost. My biggest fear is that they will turn out too big. While trying on rice sizers at home, I felt most comfortable with around 240-250 cc.
Now yesterday I've had my first consult and it has left me a bit worried. Turns out my breasts are pretty wide (bwd 14-13). The Dr said that the smallest implant that he would recommend for my frame is 300 cc (Mentor smooth round mod plus profile). This implant is 12 cm wide and has a projection on 3.6. cm. I'm worried they will look too narrow but I also don't want to go too big. I asked the Dr if moderate profile would be a good option since they are wider, but he said he only uses Mentor mod+ and high profile (hp).
From the research I have done and the look i'm wanting, I feel that mentor's moderate profile or Natrelle's low plus would fit my frame better since I have a wide chest....but i'm not expert :)
Any recommendations?
Should I consult another surgeon who perhaps also offers Natrelle and/or moderate profile implants?
