5'5 - 155lbs 43yo - OTM breast augmentation

I've wanted late breasts most of my adult life. Especially after breastfeeding two sons and loosing all my volume. Preop, I was a deflated 34c and after 3 consults with 3 different surgeons, I opted for the most experienced one of the there. Who also happened to be the only one who said no lift needed (I have pseudo ptois due to volume loss), and he preferred to do it OTM. The two other surgeons insisted on a lift and UTM.
Today is day one post op, and I feel pretty good considering! I has given no narcotics and just take Tylenol. My left breast is a bit tighter and slightly numb, as my right is a little larger and had more tissue to cover and less stretching. Both nipples have sensation and I'm grateful for that. Going for my post op check up shortly.
