Breast Augmentation and Vaser Lipo to Flanks
Choosing Dr. Afet was an easy choice. She's a realist but still aims to fulfill your goals. Many surgeons overpromise or have an opinion they unwilling to change for each individual client. Dr. Afet is not that. She carefully listens to your desires, your concerns, and your preferences and makes very reasonable conclusions on how they can be obtained. I was VERY annoying and demanding with all my questions and concerns, yet Dr. Afet and her team were very accommodating. I was very nervous to do plastic surgery abroad, but with Dr. Afet I would do it again!
I underwent a breast augmentation with Dr. Afet in September where she delivered beautiful and exceptionally natural results. Using 295cc and 320cc motiva implants she was able to balance out my breasts and create a naturally supple look that is proportional to my body. The results keep getting better and better.
I must say I was very nervous after seeing my results right after surgery. My breasts appeared very uneven and my nipples laid very low. But I have learned to trust the healing process! I am 6 weeks post operation and I could not be happier. The swelling has resolved and my nipples are lifting as the implants continue to drop. My inflammatory scars are also healing very nicely. Dr. Afet did an amazing job of keeping the scars small and clean.
As for lipo to the flanks, I am also very happy with the results! Besides the two small incisions placed on my back, there are no complications or signs of liposuction being done. My results are amazing. I was fearful of the aftermath of liposuction because of the obvious appearance of many "lipo stomachs", where the skin is bumpy from fibrosis and obviously retouched. Dr. Afet did a great job of making sure my results were natural but well done. She took out very stubborn fat but made sure it did not look as though only one part of my body was worked on. I only got lipo to my flanks but the results look proportional to the rest of my back and stomach. I am very happy! Even 6 weeks post op, I know the results will only get better. Exciting.
I am not a plastic surgeon, but I am hyper-critical of plastic surgery results and have spent years analyzing them. I have been fascinated by plastic surgery since I was 14 years old, and knew since forever that I wanted to get some work done. I always thought I would only go to a top surgeon in the US after hearing all the horror stories of plastic surgery done elsewhere. Yet, I decided to go against all I ever preached as Dr. Afet's work really changed my mind. I would still very much advise against it, unless it's with Dr. Afet of course!!! Dr. Afet is one of few to prove excellence and true skill.
