Office review: unethical/unprofessional admin

I paid my deposit to secure my surgery date while the surgical coordinator was on the phone. She rushed me to sign the docs and provide payment and not once did the surgical coordinator go over cancels/refunds. I had to cancel due to anemia which I reported during consult. Providers did not provide any alternative iron supplements other than flurodix which wreaked havoc on my gut. Needless to say I canceled prior to the 20 day policy before scheduled surgery; they stop answering my calls, always on lunch, and on the phone tells me to send an email to contact@dollsplasticsurgery.com and wait 60 to 90 days for my refund when they took the money out my account the same day I cancelled. Ghost me and stole my deposit and payments. I will be filing a complaint to the BBB, it’s unethical and I deserve my money back that I’ve paid, or necessarily the deposit, but all the money I paid to date was over $1K. a proper follow up protocol from medically unable to move forward and my refund of my money is properly warranted. The coordinator even quit the day I paid deposit. Dolls is unprofessional and unethical with board certified plastic surgeons. Beware.
