Transformative Experience – Life-Changing Results with Dr Mark Kohout and Team
After having two children and losing over 20kg, I was left with a number of physical changes that affected both my confidence and comfort. I had a medium degree of abdominal muscle separation, minor to moderate tuberous breast shape, and a noticeable gap in my cleavage area. I decided to undergo a breast augmentation, lift, fat grafting to the cleavage, abdominoplasty and muscle repair, all performed by the incredible Dr Mark Kohout and his team.
From the very first phone call, the experience was exceptional. Before I had even booked a consultation, Dr Kohout and Anke took the time to thoroughly explain the procedures and assess whether my goals were realistic and appropriate. Their commitment to transparency, education, and patient-centred care gave me full confidence moving forward.
I went from a smaller chest (around a B cup) to a full, natural-looking C/D cup using 400cc round implants placed under the muscle, along with an internal bra for support. The fat grafting to the cleavage helped beautifully close the wider gap, creating a much softer and more feminine look. Most notably, the muscle repair has completely transformed my core strength and posture something I hadn’t realised would have such a huge impact on my quality of life.
Recovery was much quicker than I expected. At 12 weeks post op, I already feel a significant improvement in both my body and mindset. The minimal scarring is far better than I anticipated a true testament to Dr Kohout’s meticulous technique.
