Dr. Joel Maier was the third plastic surgeon with whom I had a consultation and I knew he was the one I wanted to go to after meeting with him. I researched this procedure for almost a year and finally felt ready to get it done. I was nervous but he and his staff made me feel comfortable, informed and were there to answer any question I had pre and post operation. I love my results. The downtime/soreness is 100% worth it. If I ever need a revision, I will happily go through with it again and with Dr. Maier.

I got 450 cc and thank you so much! I went as large as I could safely go which I highly recommend. :) have you decided on saline or silicon yet?
