I got a capsular contracture because of how huge the implant was

Do Not Go to Dr. Salama

Pics speak for themselves but you can read if you like. Ok I’m going to be completely real. I came to Dr. Salama for implants and scar revision after a previous reduction with another doctor. The implants he chose for me were so big my incisions popped open! (I asked for a big size but the doctor has to have discretion). I contacted the office and they were brushing it off until 2 weeks later when they told me come back and he had to take my implants out because they had been exposed through the open wound. On top of that I got a capsule contractor because of how huge the implant was. I waited some months then went back for implants and they told me I needed a mesh (like gala flex but he used stratus) at the bottom of my breast so that the incision wouldn’t open again. They charged me to get the implants out back in and an extra fee for the mesh. Now a few months later the mesh feels like PAPER inside me. And he doesn’t want to fix my capsule contractor either. Also the office is nice but super fake. It’s like little DR, fast food surgery, cheap and for a reason. I need someone to take proper care and to just be honest like the next doctor I will be choosing very carefully :)

Did they do anything immediately for your wound? He did a MM on me and did a good job while I was in town for 10 days post op but now that I'm home (out of state) no return messages about a concern I have.
