Bra Fitting

I had my 3rd post-op appointment this morning (1 month) and was cleared for swimming/baths and they taught me some massages to help with the dropping process. I still can’t wear an underwire bra until 3 months post-op but I went to Victoria’s Secret and got fitted ... 32DD!!! I ended up getting the Illusion and the T-shirt bras.

One week out and they are still sitting high and tight. The left seems to have dropped just a little bit and my right is holding on for dear life. I got the breast band a few days ago at my first post-op visit and am wearing it about 6hrs/day and am supposed to work up to 12hrs. I only have bruising on my left side and some slight bruising in the middle but my right side seems to be more tight, sore, and sensitive.
