Consultation review: terrible and not confidential

Terrible place all together. It took weeks and a $50 down payment just to get a consultation. Then I sat in the lobby nearly 45 minutes only to have a receptionist tell me (IN THE LOBBY!!!!!!) I was too overweight for any procedure. This was not just .unprofessional but a serious breach of confidentiality and HIPPA laws.

So I waited all that time to be fat shamed and dismissed & they couldn't even be bothered to have this private conversation in an office. To add insult to injury, they havent refunded my $50. I've called twice & even spoke w/ office manager who was rude and unhelpful. I finally had to dispute the charges through my credit card.

Seems like you have to skinny & beautiful before they'll take your $$$$ so you can get more skinny & beautiful.
