I have wanted breast aug for 10+ years. I finally did it for my 31st birthday/Christmas!
When I was 20 I lost 60lbs and they never looked the same after. I was a D long time ago and the past few years a B with extra skin and sagging. I hated my boobs for the longest time. I’ve also competed in fitness competitions and it made them pretty much non existent. I wore thick inserts in my sports bras and thick padded bras. I went with 440cc high profile because it was proportional on me and we thought it would fill up my breast better.
After going to a few consultations and hearing great things about Dr Moore, I decided to go with him. Also I wanted his rapid recovery. I may need a lift down the road but the way he did the augmentation I don’t need one. My husband and I liked how he didn’t want to be the one to make the decision of me not being able to breast feed because of a lift. I haven’t had children yet. We plan on one. I guess a lift runs the risk of cutting into breast tissue and damaging it. I also liked that they wouldn’t go above 440cc, it helped me keep my feet on the ground. I tried on up to 560 at other offices. The width of my breast was 12 and the width of 440 was 12 or just above that. I didn’t want to be too big or too wide and have boobs in my armpits.
My recovery has been great so far! Minimal pain, swelling and bruising. (Bromaline supplement helps). I am a little numb near my nipples. I’ve been able to sleep on my side, I am not a back sleeper. I was out and about since the next day, but not exercising yet. It’s been one week. I have more range of motion in my arms. I’m just waiting for them to drop a little more and the stitches to dissolve before going bra shopping and I want to see the final look. My experience has been great.

I’m sore and very sensitive. I’ve started walking on the treadmill and I did a leg workout which was 2 1/2 weeks post. The picture is 2 weeks post. I’m waiting for my 3 week appointment to get reassured my recovery is going well. It looks like the implant on your left needs to drop a little more and it feels weird when I bend over. Overall I feel great

1 mo post. I’m writing this 10mo later. I was feeling great, no pain, nipples were still very sensitive. I went back to light lifting after 3 weeks! Incisions are still healing, I’m still doing stretches. When I keep up on them the muscles surrounding aren’t so tight.

I have no issues! The incisions are still dark. I know they’ll take over a year to heal. I was cleared to do all exercises. It feels weird and kinda hurts to do chest. I don’t do chest, pull ups or tricep dips. I’m prepping for a bodybuilding competition. I can still fee a few the internal stitches. I absolutely love them! I bought 2 bras at 3 months? I felt I didn’t have anymore swelling and they dropped. I’m a 34DD. I have some extra skin underneath but it tightened up after I dropped some weight, I might need a lift later but I’m waiting until after I have kids
