Terrible place all together. It took weeks and a $50 down payment just to get a consultation. Then I sat in the lobby nearly 45 minutes only to have a receptionist tell me (IN THE LOBBY!!!!!!) I was too overweight for any procedure. This was not just .unprofessional but a serious breach of confidentiality and HIPPA laws. So I waited all that time to be fat shamed and dismissed & they couldn't even be bothered to have this private conversation in an office. To add insult to injury, they havent refunded my $50. I've called twice & even spoke w/ office manager who was rude and unhelpful. I finally had to dispute the charges through my credit card. Seems like you have to skinny & beautiful before they'll take your $$$$ so you can get more skinny & beautiful. This review should allow negative stars!

First I can't tell you who I talked to because they refused to give me their name. After two days of waiting just to find a price they asked me about my measurements then they refused to help me after fat shaming me! I'm not heavy and work out. Without even giving me an exam they decided I was fat because my measurements didn't meet their criteria. I just wanted a price but instead I was body shamed. After i told them that then they actually responded and then wouldn't leave me alone. They also said I should tell the truth when leaving a review like what they did was ok, well I'm telling the truth and it's not ok. The point to going to these places is to improve your body but I guess if your not already perfect you don't matter! You get shamed! I work out and take care of my body but even if I was bigger no one should be treated like that. It's wrong! No one should ever have to feel bad about their bodies no matter the size! But this place has other ideas I guess. That's the truth!
