I Hate my Breast Augmentation Results

$8,000
I underwent breast augmentation surgery with Dr. Jeremy Pyle and his team on June 1, 2016, at a cost of approximately $6,000. Dr. Pyle and his staff were consistently kind and respectful throughout the process, and I appreciated their professionalism. The surgery left minimal scarring, for which I am thankful.
However, during my recovery, I noticed that the skin between my breasts was elevated, a condition that caused significant insecurity. Despite allowing ample time for healing, the issue persisted. In 2019, I contacted Dr. Pyle to address the “symmastia” that had developed as a result of the initial surgery. I underwent a reconstructive procedure on November 11, 2019, paying an additional $2,000.
Regrettably, even after the second procedure and allowing sufficient time for recovery, I observed no improvement in the condition. As of 2024, the appearance of my breasts remains unchanged, and the issue has only led to further scarring. This has deeply impacted my confidence and self-esteem. I avoid wearing clothing that reveals cleavage, as the "uni-boob" effect is quite prominent, and the outward positioning of my nipples exacerbates my discomfort, particularly during intimate moments. Despite trying various scar-reducing creams, nothing has alleviated the scarring.
Writing this review is difficult because I found Dr. Pyle to be a pleasant and considerate professional. However, had I known that this would be the outcome, I would not have chosen to undergo breast surgery with him. The physical and emotional toll of this experience has been profound, and I am disheartened by the lack of resolution after two procedures and significant financial investment.

I'm sorry to hear of your experience. I myself have had complications with ruptures and severe capsular contractions during the 23 years I've had implants. Even now after my last revision I have asymmetric results. I can live with it by accepting the imperfection.
Before my last revision I lived with deformed breasts for 10 years until I could justify more expense getting them redone.
Hope yoh eventually find a surgeon who you can trust and had the expertise to address your situation.
Best wishes

Can you post a picture where your shoulders aren’t rolled back (both arms at your side)?
