9 days post op

Just a few pictures of my healing process.
I honestly can’t believe my breast are so even. They may not be perfect, but Dr. Basile worked wonders, from what they did look like.
I’m 10 days post op now and feeling amazing, finally started to sleep on my side last night which was still a bit uncomfortable and I’m having a very hard time catching any sleep but it’s progress. I cant wait to be able to sleep on my stomach again. Tomorrow I have another follow up appointment, excited to hear what he has to say.

Healing slowly

I’m 5 days post op today and I’m still extremely swollen. I will be seeing Dr. Basile tomorrow again, to look at my stitches and left Areola. I am so far extremely happy with how even my breast are, even though they are not done healing, they are definitely looking the best they ever have( besides my nipple, but worst case it can still be fixed). My Areola is starting to look better then it was, so that gives me hope. I wish I could see some results in my areas I had liposuction done on, especially my stomach, but It is just so swollen and sore. I look bigger then prior to the lipo. I’m trying to be patient, I know the end results are months away! I’m feeling mentally good, I’m still very sore and trying to take it easy!

Left Areola turning purple

My left areola and nipple have started to change to a deep purple color. My right Areola looks great. We new coming into surgery my left breast had been damaged, from my previous surgery 15 years ago. My left breast has always been the worst of the both. Dr. Basile has been so quick to respond to me and has even spoke with me on he phone and sent me directions vie text message, as to what we need to do. We had to get some 21 gage needles and prick holes around the areola to release the blood that was struggling to leave. He also placed in a prescription for Nitro - Bid paste that is to be placed on it every 6 hours with the niddle pricking every 2 hours. I would be lying if I said I’m not nervous about this situation. I’m just trying to stay positive and do everything I am told. Dr. Basile will be arriving back into town tomorrow and is willing to see me on Easter Sunday if the situation does no resolve.
