Not much change today.

Not much has changed in last 24 hours. Still just sore. There was a weird suction feeling/sound on one side and now it looks a little lower! It was after I took today’s pictures, so we’ll see when I get undressed and shower tomorrow! The high part of my breast looks less pointed and more curved today!

Still not taking pain meds during the day, but did wake up in pain in the middle of the night so I took one then. Lists of laying around still. Every thing tightens up more when moving around.

Added prunes and probiotics in my diet. I don’t think I mentioned but I started stool softeners 2 days before surgery because I’ve had experience with constipation on pain meds. This round is no different.

48 hour post op- starting feel human again.

The first 24 hours I was very nauseous and sore. Pain killers were only lasting for about an hour or so. I started alternating the pain killers an muscle relaxers to have one relief in between. The first night there was not a lot of sleep. Only an hour after after each round of pills. Only kept down fluids and soup (broth only)
The next 12 hours were worse pain wise I tried not to move at all, but the nausea was finally gone! I kept down pudding, crackers, and chicken noodle soup. Showering helped relieve some tension in my back. My husband had to help me get undressed, dried off and dressed again. I did not leave recliner unless it was to go o the bathroom or change out ice packs.
Once I made it to 36 hours things started to look up. I slept for 4 solid hours, only waking up to take my meds and change ice packs then right back to sleep.
A hot shower felt AMAZING in the morning. I only needed help getting my second arm through my sleeve and the pressure band on. I'm now 8hrs without pain meds and I'm just now starting to feel tight and deep pressure again. I not feel gd need for a pain reliever, I'm only going to take a muscle relaxer and try with that, maybe a Tylenol. I've also been up walking around the house. I was able to drink coffee this morning, and I feel like I can try solid foods. I'll update in a few days.
Oh, post op appointment the next morning I found out I got 500cc in left and 600cc in right.

Surgery is in 48 hours!

So far everything has moved pretty smooth! I'm still waiting on covid results, so that makes me pretty nervous! I hope they come back in time. The staff I so nice! They are very accommodating, I don't feel like there is a question "too silly" to ask with them. The doctor comes across as very confident in his answers.

This in my before photo. I'm measuring a b on one side b/c on the other. No upper pole after having kids. I want to fill in the upper pole and increase a D cup.

My doctor has recommended 500cc HP unders. I'm pretty nervous they I'll be larger than I am looking for, but I will trust in the Doctor and the process, as he knows what he is doing! (As above, he seems very confident in these decisions!)
