Post op day 1-4

I am now 4 days post op and recovery is going well! After the night of surgery I was feeling nauseous after my pain medication so I have been taking Tylenol and managing pain pretty well.
My breast are still pretty high up but have gone down a little bit since day 1. At night I have been feeling itchy in the bottom portion of my breast so I started taking children’s Benadryl to help with that. Still feeling sore and heavy but excited for the drop and fluff process!

You're looking amazing! We had surgery the same date! Mine are super high and tight as well. Are you able to move your arms with ease?

Day of treatment

It actually happened !!!

I went into surgery at 10:30 am and it went smoother than I could of ever imagined! I don’t even remember starting to go to sleep. One minute I was awake talk with the OR team about lash serum and next think I knew I was in a comfy chair in the post op room being asked how I felt. It was amazing !
Dr D’Souza fit 350 cc high profile dual plane implants into both breast. It’s been about 3 hours since I’ve been home. I ate some toast and a green smoothie (felt like all the food was getting stuck in my mouth and throat lol). I took half a norco pain killer a little nap and I honestly feel no pain it’s amazing! Just a little pressure when I take deep breaths or drink. I’m so excited to see how they settle in!

Hi! What are your post op instructions from surgeon to keep the breasts upright and perky? My dr never gave good instructions!!! Do you recommend an everyday bra or sleep bra?
July 11, 2020
Hey! My doctor recommended a surgery or sports bra around the clock for day time and sleeping. They gave me a surgical bra but it was way to loose so I switched to a front zip sports bra I had purchased.

What brand?! And size
July 11, 2020
Walmart has the Avia brand which are super comfy and affordable. They run TINY tho! Usually I am a small but I bought an xl (for the first week) and a L for after the swelling goes down.

Fruit of the Loom has some good, cheap front clasp bras too that are pretty close to what the surgeon should have given you. I bought some from Amazon for $12 for a two pack I think?

What spotts bra did you order?

1 day pre

Surgery tomorrow!!

Honest448171
I haven’t updated since before my pre-op!
I went in last week to go over everything and finalize my implant size. I was worried that I was choosing a size that I would think was too small (330 cc) after looking through a lot of reviews. I didn’t realize that my bwd was actually very small (11 cm)! Dr. D’Souza helped me understand this and gave me the option of going to the next size up (350 cc) if I wanted a little more fullness (as that was the most that would still look natural and fit my diameter). He told me that he would order both sizes so that I could think about it until surgery!
Surgery is tomorrow at 10:30 am and I confirmed today that I would like to go with 350cc! There isn’t a lot of difference but I feel that it will be the perfect size for me. I’m a little nervous for surgery but very excited...can’t believe it’s tomorrow! I will try to post an update after surgery tomorrow!!
