I Thought Plastic Surgeons Were Perfectionist, Not True.

All the pics I kept from the beginning. Include my 34b size, 130lbs, 5'5" at 43 years old. Then after Dr David pincus at Smithtown, ny did my 1st augmentation with a Cresent lift of left nipple. 11/19/2020. Then my second attempt to fix all the issues from 1st surgery with Dr stephanie cooperat woodbury,ny (greenburg cosmetic plastic surgery) 11/11/2021. Swapped out 355cc to 475cc with an attempt at a benali lift of left breast. Which now leaves me with what I got today. Disappointing results. Such a let down by not just 1 but 2 different surgeons. Not to mention how much money I had to spend to get those surgeries done. I'll post my bills once I scan them in.

I was a 38 year old mom breast fed for 1.5 years. Started with b cup. Produced a great amount of milk 9 ounces per breast. They got big. Which stretched me out. I decided at 43 I hated what they looked like. I started a keto diet lost 35lbs over 6 months. Got in shape. The boobs just looked deflated and sad. I finally took the plunge to get them done. I went to Dr David Pincus in Smithtown, ny. I had also had a consultation with Dr romanelli in huntington. He was suggesting a benali lift and a 355 cc implant for about 10k. Dr pincus said he'd do the same for less and that he was trained under Dr romanelli for about 8k. So I went with Dr pincus. Seemed logical at the time.After my surgery immediately notice my left breast is much higher than my right. Dr pincus said give it time. I also noticed he did nothing to fix my left areola which was much larger than right one. I had asked repeatedly to correct that. He yes'd me i'll take care of it with the lift. Turns out he didn't do a benali at all just a Cresent lift of the left breast. Still left me droopy. I had bigger fuller breast so it was an improvement but sloppy and a total waste of money. I had also developed hyper sensitivity on my right nipple. He must have done something to make that happen with no nipple cutting or areola work. I also had breast animation deformity in my left boob. And my right after a few months bottomed out. So the shape was off and running your fingers under the bottom felt bumpy and lumpy.I told him everything and how unhappy I was with results. He said it was cause I should of had a lollipop lift when I said no I don't want that scarring. But I said Dr romanelli was going to do the benali lift with implants and you said you would do the same. Now look at my results. He tried to lie to my face that they liked great. He said he could fix it with the lollipop lift and I could get a bigger implant for an additional 4k. He was only suggesting I go up to a 385cc.I decided to look for help elsewhere. I tried going back to romanelli but his trip said his prices changed and now a correction would cost me 13k. They obviously did not want to help me. So I ended up going for another consultation with Dr greenburg cosmetics in woodbury, ny. I met with a very nice Dr stephanie Cooper. She pointed out I had a botched job done. She suggested a much larger implant and said she wouldn't be sure what size until she looks at the pocket Dr pincus created. I have her a full list of complaints and issues I need corrected. I also wanted the implants closer so I could have a more natural cleavage. I felt they were almost 3-4 fingers apart. She agreed. So after that I also decided since I'm doing this I might as well do lipo to help me get the waist I wanted. That total for just the boobs was 11k and lipo 5k. Tax and fees for paying with a credit card pushed me to 17.5k I never felt more ripped off paying for a procedure and paying for the credit card 3.5% like I'm gonna walk around with 17k cash. And without having a final cost up front they failed to tell me until that day of booking the procedure that I had to pay the cost of them doing business paying with credit card. So ladies beware of this nonsense. I was desperate to get this done as I was already so unhappy with my first surgery. I paid.I book my 2nd procedure with dr. Stephanie cooper. She said she could fix my issues. I'll be so happy blah blah. I had the procedure 11/11/21. Still sub muscularbut much bigger implant. I now have 475cc. I now have no feeling in my left nipple and it's still larger than the right one. I now have bottoming out on both breasts. My right now is still hyper sensitive. And my left areola popped some stitches. Dr Cooper said I had very common "spitting stiches". Which means your body rejects the stiches. Looks like ugly worms and your skin looks raw.I freaked out went to a urgent care to ask them to clean out and reseal the stitches. Close the whole. They refused said it was too complicated advised I go back to the plastic surgeon. So I do she says oh it's not so bad it's gonna heal just wait it out. I said I'm going to develop a monster scar if you don't close this. You can prevent it just restitution me please. She said no once stitches pop bacteria can enter and closing it can get infected. I said well obviously clean it and disinfect it first. Then close it. She wouldn't. Then the rest of my follow ups she wasn't even available she was busy taking on more surgeries instead of healing an upset patient cause she already had all my money. So I bought a suture kit and sterilized myself and stitched myself 6 stitches. I closed my raw skin whole. Looked better already. Waited 10 days removed my own stitches.I'm now doing daily scar cream and silicone scar sheets. But I'm just disappointed I was taken advantage of again. So I don't know what else to do but warn other women out there about these Doctors. The will say anything you want to hear to get your money. When they have the chance to fix their work you're [RS bleep] out of luck. Now I'm done venting. I'm not happy with how my left boob looks and you'll see why. But again overall it's better than the job before. Any help suggestions options? Or am I just stuck with poor results?
