My doctor filmed some video clips before and during surgery and here are some screenshotsfrom Instagram. My before is size 32B. My implants are smooth silicone gel gummy bear, round, moderate plus behind the muscle and incision under the fold. My surgical bra had huge padded inserts which made my boobs feel way bigger. I wanted more natural looking breasts so I didn't go for high profiles. Plus, if I want extra cleavage I can just wear a push up bra.

Surgery day

My surgery got pushed back a few hours. I ended up going into the OR just after 5pm and out of recovery just after 7pm. I got home about 8:30pm. I walked to the bathroom with assistance and went back to bed. I felt light headed when I reached my bed but that was it. I had no nausea or vomiting at all! I took 1 Percocet when I got home and an hour later took 1 Flexeril and went to sleep. Dr. Desai called me that evening to check how I was doing. He said I could take 2 Percocets but I didn't feel it necessary. I have a wedge pillow to sleep on and it was not comfortable. I couldn't sleep longer than 2 hours and not from pain, it was just super uncomfortable sleeping on my back. I felt like my back needed to be cracked.

Wish I Had Done This Sooner

I wanted implants for the longest time. I wished to fill my tops better. Honestly, I think my boobs looked good already, but they were just small. My husband won some money in Vegas and that's when I said saving this money up and when we have enough I'll get my boobs done.

I started off a 32B (hard to find size unless your willing to shell out $$ on Victorias Secret, but at that price you could've gotten a boob job with all the money you've spent on bras and panties there!) The 34A band was too big for me even though the cup size did fit. I want to be a D and Dr. Desai helped fit me into some sizers as well as use 3D imaging to find what works for my body.

I ended up choosing 345L and 295R Natrelle Inspira silicone gel implants. I'm currently on 1 day post on and feel great. Pain is there, but I take pain medication as needed. I have zero nausea/vomiting and have been up walking and drinking/eating all day.
