Wish I Had Done It Sooner
WORTH IT
Having the breast augmentation and lift has changed my life.
Dr Adrian Richards at the Iconiq Clinic and his team were exceptional, a lot of care and kindness given.
Having the 1-2-1 care makes a huge difference and allows everything to be done a lot quicker and at your convenience.
Taking off the tape after 1 week was something I found challenging, if you have the option to do this with a nurse/at the clinic I would encourage that. I think I worked myself up as I didn’t know what to expect, and there is bruising and stitches, nothing to worry about, but if you’re squeamish it may affect you.
Once I was discharged, a few hours after surgery, I felt ok, it wasn’t till a couple hours later I started to feel the affects of the anaesthetic, bit of nausea (but not sick) and light headed, but when I woke up I felt better. The pain is manageable and I also wanted to feel it slightly as it reminded me not to do too much.
I took my time with the recovery and started exercising after 6-8 weeks with light workouts avoiding upper body.
Love the result and wish I had done it sooner!
I can now wear clothes without gaping, backless tops or dresses whenever I like, no back or shoulder ache either.
Thank you!!
