So far so good.
Still pre-op. Doctor originally suggested around a 350, but I told him I want a really modest increase, so I'm deciding between 225 and 250. I plan to go with the 225 unless he says that diameter wise it will be too small.
The doctor has a "holistic" take on the surgery so I have a bag of supplements I'm taking before and after. He also includes scar cream which is an added bonus. Is a bit more expensive than a couple of the other doctors I consulted with but only by 1500-2000 and I was impressed with his attention to symmetry in his Before and Afters and his (seemingly) genuine concern for the patients well being.
Note I had a fat transfer before this about a year ago.

I'm about two hours post surgery. Decided on the 225CC. I'm currently laying on my couch with an ice pack on my chest in a surgical bra. The pain is actually not bad at all. I took one hydrocodone/acetaminophen (brand name Norco). I'm definitely feeling some nausea from potentially the anesthesia and/or pain meds. All around, I feel good though! Looking forward to seeing the results. They look very modest through the surgical bra.

Still feel great. Zero pain. Prob should have gone 250. I don't think it would make much of a difference physically. Just would mentally be more satisfied with the choice. I'm not suggesting everyone go MUCH bigger than they think they want, but don't let your decision be driven by fear.
The office sent an edible arrangement over the weekend. Nice touch.
I can't say enough good things about the doctor and his staff. I am assuming I can attribute my fast recovery to his technique and prep, and the result looks amazing so far! My only complaint would be I think he errs to far on the side of allowing the patient to drive certain decisions. Ultimately, certain parts of cosmetic procedures are inherently subjective, but I do wish he was more comfortable in finding out what I want then saying "okay, this is how you're going to get there." That being said, he did make some recommendations and perhaps just backed off because I seemed like I was questioning them.

I'm 3 days post as well but I think mine are too big at 215 round cc! I have not much pain at all, just swelling and soreness in breast. Went for a nice walk today with my husband. Slow roll. I guess everyone reacts different. Of course I am shorter than you at 5"3 1/2 so I feel like they are huge!

I'd imagine almost everyone feels like they went too big or too small at first. They're going to look so different in a few months so I've decided to just not think about it! The doctor did a beautiful job. I'm just going to be happy with it and shut my brain off.
215 is a modest size. I'm sure you just need to get used to them. :)

They will loose volume as the swelling goes down. It might take up to 6 months. I was also suggested 350, but I felt it was too much, and I went with 300. After the swelling went down I realized my Dr was right

I wanted to go to 170-190 and my DR convinced me to go to a 215cc round smooth. I am one week out but am very happy with the results. It took me a week to get used to having boobs but all is great now. Still some selling but I think they will settle well. I just wanted to be a full B cup form a deflated A so that is what he gave me.

Glad you came to terms with the size! I'm eager to continue to watch the "drop and full process." Mine are still a bit firm and high, but they're looking better every day.
