How it works
- Our highly-trained Review Moderation team evaluates all reviews before they're published to ensure they're written by people like you and not a member of a doctor's office.
- This multi-step process takes up to 24 hours from review submission to publication.
- Doctors can't pay to have reviews removed or hidden.
- Reviews are only removed at the reviewer's request or if they violate our Terms of Service.
If you have questions or believe we should re-evaluate a published review, let us know.

1 Week Post-Op 255 cc BA
Update for you all!
I am (now) two weeks post op from my 255cc BA, but I took one week post-surgery photos attached to this post for your viewing. I’m measuring at roughly a 30 or 32C post op, and I am 5’6” and ~120 lbs for reference.
Surgery went swimmingly! The gabapentin that I was put on a few days before surgery kept me calm and relaxed (which is crazy because I’m an over thinker and over stresser), and I woke up in recovery with no pain. I followed all instructions for the first week (laying at a 45 degree angle, don’t use arms, etc), and I only had mild muscle pain. It was a mix of feeling like you did a rough workout and a little bit of maybe pulling a muscle on my right side (dominant side; doc says it’s naturally tighter than my left). Let me know if you have questions! I’ll keep posting more photos as I recover and they “fluff”.

Breast Augmentation on Slender Figure
I've always had a smaller figure, but I've felt that my boobs aren't as full and "womanly" as I'd like them to be and I really wanted to wear all of the low cut tops without worrying that my chicken cutlets and sticky bra are going to pop out! Lol
After giving it some time and a lot of thought, I decided to start the research and see some doctors about it. I researched just about every surgeon in Seattle, and landed on one surgeon who's results were in line with what I wanted, so I set up a consultation. I swear, the closer I got to the consultation, the more I obsessed about boobs on social media, so I started saving wish pictures. The consultation went well, so I scheduled my surgery date, and here we are - 2 weeks from the big day and I couldn't be any more excited!
I've decided on 235 cc's, so that I can fill out my boobs enough to fit my frame. I'm still struggling between going with a safe option (235) or saying screw it and go a little bigger (255 or 285). I'll attach my before photos, so you all can see what I'm working with pre-surgery.
