Went from Being Sized a 32A to 32DD at V.’s Secret

WORTH IT$4,500
V.’s Secret usually sizes generously imo
I’m 5’1 and was somewhere between 95-99lbs when I got my Breast Augmentation In February 2019. I have Allergan Natrelle INSPIRA SRF implants with 385cc’s I started with little tissue. Even in my pre-op picture I had gaps in my bathing suits and bras in size 32A from Victoria’s Secret. Now I comfortably wear a 32DD in their bras. I would say I’m probably a tight fitting C or little snug D in other brands. I’m happy with the results and the process hurt but wasn’t impossible to withstand discomfort. (I stopped pain meds after a few days to a week so I could drive safely.) Dr. Baker was right I needed silicone smooth round full projection implants. I had the option of extra full Projection but didn’t want to push my limits too much. I wanted to have breasts. They didn’t need to be huge and they turned out to be just big enough for me. I have scars but I really don’t mind. I hide the scars easily and never had any complaints. I noticed a little rippling in the cleavage after healing but it’s not so much that I regret the surgery. Still Pretty happy. If you can afford the surgery, don’t mind anesthesia, minor incision scars, and can take meds with rest. This surgery may be an option to consider.

They look great and so natural!! Since you're a year out, do you feel satisfied with your size or do you wish you went bigger/smaller? :)

Thank you! I am happy with the size. Since I am petite, in clothes they look proportionate. I don’t think I would want them any smaller because I like filling out clothes. I also wouldn’t want them to be much bigger because I don’t wanna look too top heavy or have a lot of problems with extreme sagging. We were gonna originally go with 300ccs but I’m glad we went a little bigger. In the picture they look a little smaller to me but in person they are full but also perky. At the angle I took the pic my scars can be seen (on purpose) but I’m not bothered by the scars... I’m a mom who breastfed for a year. So, I think they are good. The sizers in the office helped me a lot so I had an idea of how I would look post op with a bra and also in clothes. I trusted my PS and I can’t complain.

Can't believe I'm just seeing your reply now! Thank you for responding :) I'm in the same boat just dancing around 310/330cc but...kind of wanting bigger, so we'll see what I end up deciding on in a couple months haha. I'm so happy you chose the perfect size for you! Your scars also look like they'll continue to fade effortlessly over time, but scars don't bother me either haha. Now, this could be from the angle so please don't worry/panic but your last photo almost looks like they're "bottoming out." Again, it's probably from the angle that you intentionally took, and I think they still look amazing, but maybe just keep an eye on them. Anyways, thank you so much for sharing your review & helping us itty bitty titty gals leave the committee haha

I was wondering have you asked your surgeon about your breasts bottoming out? The scars shouldn't be where they are. & the implants look like they're more full underneath your breasts. Typically its called bottoming out when the implant goes beyond the breast pocket causing the breast to look more bottom heavy. I just asked because i did alot of research before my surgery & your pics look exactly like the ones who had this happen & needed a revison. They look way bigger then i thought they would though. I have 455ccs & I honestly wanted 525ccs

This is a pic of my breasts after dropping and fluffing & healing. Over a year post-op in a push-up bra. This is an occasional bra. I actually have breasts now. I’m glad I had the surgery. 32A to 32DD

They look awesome!! How many cc did you do?
July 31, 2020
From her firts post it looks like she got 385 cc Allergan Natrelle INSPIRA SRF (Smooth, Round, Responsive Full Profile).

Yes, 385 cc’s is right. I also have them under the muscle. Since I had little tissue to begin with I have slight rippling in cleavage when bending over but not visible in clothes. I’m sure with a little added weight (fat) that will ease up. I noticed the rippling after a little weight loss.

385 ccs A to DD under the muscle silicone

sw2018
This pic is 4 years after my procedure. After gaining a little weight the rippling has decreased in a major way.
I was worried about the edges puckering since I had little fat in the beginning.

I am happy with them. I’ve had no problems with my implants thus far. Very worth it I.m.o.
