My healing process for the past few weeks has been very slow and steady. They have started dropping, they are dropping a bit slower than I thought they would but I think I will be happy with the end results. When I talk to people I sometimes notice their eyes darting to my chest, something I never had before lol! I took some more pictures but I’m still too shy to show my nipples… but I can finally show my scar! Both scars are short and thin and already hard to see, I think the Mederma scar cream is doing it’s job, I highly recommend it! Discharge from both my nipples and scars stopped about two weeks ago. My implants are a lot softer now, but still not as soft as natural breast tissue. Occasionally I still feel a bit of soreness and tightness around my sternum when I sit up in the morning or bend over. Maybe if I’m brave enough one day I’ll post a video to show the fluffing process. Hope this helps :)

Follow up with Dr. Desai, allergies, and massaging
I had my virtual follow up with Dr. Desai yesterday and he told me why it's so red and itchy around my scars... since I'm allergic to steri-strips, another type of bandage was substituted, I forget what it's called but it's some kind of skin-colored bandage, and I'm experiencing a mild allergic reaction to it. I'm seeing small itchy red spots around my scars and on other parts of my body like my hands and tummy. The bandages have been peeling the past few days and I thought it was dead skin lol, I finally peeled them off yesterday and saw my scars, which don't look bad. They look like pale lines surrounded by dark, bruised skin. The allergic reaction still looks a bit scary so I won't post scar pictures yet. I've started taking allergy medicine and using allergy cream (not on my scars though), so hopefully the redness will go away soon.
Dr. Desai taught me how to massage them during the follow up. Different surgeons probably have different massages but the one he taught me is squeezing and holding the bottoms for 10 seconds 10 times, then squeezing and holding the tops for 10 seconds 10 times. The weirdest thing is that a tiny bit of clear fluid came out of my nipples when I was massaging them, not sure if anyone else has experienced that...
I purchased Mederma Advanced Scar Gel and will start massaging my scars tomorrow, I was told any scar cream will work, and this one has alot of good reviews on Amazon, hoping it will do the job. I will update later!

8 day post-op update!
My bad for procrastinating on my update, been busy getting back to work and school stuff so that's a good sign! I'll just share updates on key days in the past week:
1 day post-op: The day after surgery day was the most painful, but I go by with no pain medication, I only took the required antibiotic and 1 muscle relaxer before bed. I showered alone that night, I was surprised to see I had no surgical bandage on at all, most likely because I listed steri-strips as one of my allergies (learned that the hard way from a previous medical procedure). I couldn't put my hands over my head so my hair wasn't super clean that day lol. I recommend taking a shower with assistance the first time, I felt a little dizzy the entire shower but I was alone the second day. It's important to sleep at an angle after surgery, but I didn't have a recliner so I stacked blankets and pillows lol. I felt nauseous before bed but didn't want to take nausea medication so I just lay down, the muscle relaxer knocked me out in minutes.
2 days post-op: I was already experiencing less pain, but my chest was starting to feel tight. I felt air bubbles not just in my chest, but also on my tummy, which is a bit weird, hope that's normal. It was harder to fall asleep on day 2 even with the muscle relaxer, I felt like my implants were going to pop through my skin lol. Also, I was able to go number 2 that night so I already knew I wasn't going to be constipated lol.
3 days post-op: I took my second shower on day 3 and noticed some nasty discharge from my scars. My scars were very stiff and thick when I touched them, and the skin around them was red and swollen. Was able to raise my left hand a little over my head (the side with more breast tissue and a smaller implant) so I was finally able to clean my hair properly lol. I put gauze pads over my scars to absorb the discharge.
6 days post op: I experienced less and less pain and tightness every day, and returned to work on day 6! My work requires alot of standing and walking but little lifting and bending, so I easily made it through a short shift. My change wasn't super dramatic so I was able to hide it lol, plus the implants are still very high up and don't project much.
8 days post op (today): I woke up with no pain at all and very little tightness this morning. I feel amazing, I just don't look super amazing... I took some pictures, ya'll will have to excuse my scars, they're looking yikes right now... They look amazing in the bra, but they're still looking like creepy alien boobs without my surgical bra lol. I'm no longer feeling air bubbles in my body, so hopefully they'll slowly begin to drop...
Final thoughts: I am already happy with the results, but I'm wondering if I should've stuck with the original bigger sizes, which were 360 and 405cc instead of 330 and 375cc. The reason I sized down last minute is because I was worried that it would look too unnatural and be too painful in my right side with so little natural breast tissue. But considering how easy and painless the process has been for me, I probably would have been able to handle the bigger sizes. I guess I'll have to just wait and see!

They look great! How are you now?
Thank you, I think you’re too kind
I just realized my reply last time got cut off, so sorry about that :( I just updated, hope it’s helpful!
Hello! I hope you're recovery went well! Can I ask how you are and how they're looking please? I'm scheduled for 21st sept with 335cc round silicone partial under muscle. I think I'm a similar build to you so this is super helpful! X
I’m happy it’s helpful :D I’m feeling great, I’m healing slowly and steadily, thank you for asking! I just posted an update, thank you for reminding me to do that!
What was your original cup size?
Literal flat wall, barely an A cup, I sized down a bit at the last minute because I didn’t think the implant would fit…but I could’ve gone bigger
