WORTH IT
May I first start off by saying how happy I am with the decision that I made by choosing Dr. Shim Ching! I’m currently three weeks post-op of my Breast Augmentation procedure and I’m so in love with the results!
For starters, I’ve only dreamt of having the actual opportunity of having my breasts cosmetically done. I didn’t think the day would ever come that I’d actually commit. I’ve always idolized women who are so confident in their body... and I wanted that so badly.
It wasn’t until a good friend of mine shared her experience about Dr. Ching, that I grew so much more interest. She genuinely spoke about how great the entire process was and how she felt so reassured about her decision. To me, that matters so much! I knew I wanted to see the best of the best but not only that, to have an entire staff that takes care of you from start to finish. THAT is just amazing.
I love watching Dr. Ching’s daily IG stories which actually sparked my first convo! I simply inquired and was responded to almost immediately! Within the same day, I was contacted by their Patient Coordinator, Keri. She is wonderful! I instantly built a connection with her and even though I was so nervous at my consult, she kept me at ease. I never expected to feel that comfortable and not once did I feel pressured to make any final decisions.
Keri gave me some time to figure things out and confirm if I wanted to pursue. It was such an unexplainable feeling. I couldn’t believe this opportunity was at my finger tips! All of the fear I had faded away. I knew that I was doing this for me and if I was going to do it, it was definitely with Dr. Shim Ching & his team.
After two months of preparation, I couldn’t have been more ready! ALL of Dr. Ching’s staff plays such a huge role. From his beautiful front desk girls to his nurses, they all acknowledged me and made me feel valued. Special thank you’s to Lesliefay, Keri & Erin who all took care of me on my office visits. They made sure I had every question answered and an entire manual on pre and post care!
Last but not least, surgery day was so smooth! I arrived at 7am at the surgery center suite and was greeted by my nurse, Brittney. She was the BEST! She made me feel SO comfortable from the moment I walked in, I wasn’t even nervous when it was time to get started. This process is important because no one wants to feel worried & unsure on surgery day. But let me say, I was more reassured than anything! I knew I was ready. Shortly after, I met a few other amazing ladies. The anesthesiologist named Dr. Grace Liu was an absolute angel! She built an instant connection with me and we even shared a few laughs together. Even for such a short amount of time (being awake) with her, I felt so safe being left in her hands.
I loved the fact that I knew most of their faces and names in the OR, thanks to social media! It felt like I actually knew these familiar faces. Which lead me to the decision of having my procedure recorded. I had the chance to meet their IG girl, Brianna and was able to share with her how much I appreciated watching the Breast Aug stories she posts daily! The more I watched them everyday, the more I grew ready.
At last, it was time to do my final consult on size & results with Dr. Ching. I could see why his team is so amazing! His professionalism is unmatched for sure. Dr. Ching sat down with me and listened to any questions or concerns that I had before moving forward. He ensured that my happiness comes first
First week of recovery was tough but if you have the support system, you’ll get through it! Whenever I had a question or concern, their office used a platform named Klara, to communicate with a nurse during open hours. A little peace of mind during the healing period!
Overall, I couldn’t be any happier with my decision and I’m so thankful for Dr. Shim Ching and his team for taking such great care of me! 10/10, best of the best!!!
