i would be very very careful with this doctor.
I WOULD BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS DOCTOR!! Initially I had a great experience and felt comfortable choosing Dr. Ali after talking to other surgeons. I initially paid 16K for a Breast Aug and Tummy Tuck. (MAY 2021) At my post op visit I expressed a concern of my breast and was told it was normal. I took photos and went back in an expressed my concern again. When Dr. Ali saw my breast he said that was not normal and he did not know why that happened and he would look into it. Immediately doing my own research I knew I had a severe double bubble. I was told the way to fix it was reconstructive surgery. They made me come in multiple times prior to the reconstructive surgery to tell me the same thing everytime. It was a waste of time to keep going just for them to look at it once more since I live 50 min away. My reconstructive surgery was (DEC 2021). I had to pay another $1400 dollars. 4 months later it happened again but WORSE. I again had to go in and express my concern. I was told now I needed another surgery and I had to have both implants removed and placed over my muscle rather than under. I was then quoted almost $5000 more dollars to get it fixed. THAT IS INSANE. He is the expert and both implants being taken out should have been discussed before I wasted $1400. I saved up for this and I do not have money to just try things to see if it works. I expressed my concerns and now I have to go to a specialist here in Michigan. I will now have to pay 10K to fix what I have going on not to mention I am in pain due to my implant placement currently. I can not go a day without wearing a bra, I look disfigured as there is a huge wave in my breast. This was supposed to help my self confidence but has done nothing but left me depressed. I agree with previous commenters that once they have your money they could care less. Be very careful when choosing a surgeon and make sure you ask questions about "What if something goes wrong". They should be the expert and know how to fix something. I understand everyone's body and results are different but I do not appreciate being a test dummy and having to spend my money to do it.
