First Set of Large Implants November 2020

WORTH IT$7,500
Im Natural 34DD hoping to get large implants. No lift.
Why I picked this surgeon
Im mostly a fan of her large implants and I wanted someone that was experienced and willing to go pretty large so that was why I had her on my list. It was initially her or Dr Don Revis or Robert Hunsaker. However, because she's a 4 hr drive from me, willing to give me the implant I wanted, timely in responding, and understood my size goals I picked her instantly. The entire process has been smooth so far.
Initial Contact
I contacted the office via her website in February of 2020. They responded rather quickly. I did it mostly to get a quote and weigh my options. I was quoted $7500 for saline breast implants everything included such as surgery fees, anesthesia, implants and so on. I did receive a $1,000 military discount. Originally I wanted to include labiaplasty but an additional $5,000 was tagged on to my quote for that so I decided not to add it because I can get it somewhere else for less and also because im paying out of pocket and not with credit and didn't want to wait an save more money to tack that on. I'll get labiaplasty in Colombia its $1,000 there. Its $3,000 in miami all inclusive. (In case you're wondering)
Booking Surgery
I recieved my quote in February 2020 via Email. I didnt actually book surgery until July 2020. Although I was fine with picture email consult, she requested a video. Ive been looking into boob jobs for the past 3 years so I didnt have questions for her besides how big can I go. She did ask to see my natural boobs so I showed her right on the spot on video. She seems satisfied that she can fit a nice implant to get me what im wanting. She did not promise a size so that will just have to wait until my Preop appointment in November. I do not qualify for a lift as you can see in my pics im naturally perky. I signed some documents and made a $1,000 deposit. Covid test is required 1 week prior.
What I'm Wanting
Im 5'5 and often wear 34DD/32F bras depending on my weight. Even though im perky and natural, I have a naturally wide athletic frame. The goal is something more feminine and enhance what i have for a semi fake look. Im aware that larger boobs can make me look bigger in certain clothes but I wear fitted items so im not concerned about flowy pieces. I want round perky projection and good cleavage. Im a good size but theres no fullness or cleavage and thats basically what im hoping to gain. A large size increase just happens to come with the look im wanting which doesn't bother me at all. I like the look of 700-1400cc implants. With this initial surgery im hoping she can get me 700cc and then ill increase again in a couple years. She asked me what size i was hoping for and I told her no limit. She could see my wish pics that I sent her with my consult pics so im sure she can see that i want to go as large as possible. I ask for 700cc just to be conservative but if she can fit 8-900cc ill happily accept that. Stay tuned for more. Im 2 months pre-op. Things might get crazy in October.

Yes her current boobs would be a lot of people's wish boobs. They almost look like implants are in there. That's a compliment!

Exactly!

I'd be curious as to what she can fit based off bwd. Keep us updated. Good luck.

Not 19 sorry that was my top measurement above the breast. Below the breast, it was 17. I have a wide frame thanks to genetics. :(

Did a Dr. give you that measurement?

Wow your before is what I thought was the after. They were perfect. I fear for you that they may sag now due to all the extra weight of the implants. Best of luck!

September Update ~ 2 Months Pre-Op (Shopping & BWD)

34DD naturals
17cm BWD

Ive lost 15lbs since my last picture.

I have been measured for bwd during other consultations as well as measured myself. Bwd is breast width diameter and its used to kind of gauge how big of an implant a woman can/should get for augmentation. As far as I know saline Mentor Moderate Plus implants go up to 16cm in the 800cc range. My breast width diameter is 17cm. I particularly asked for large as in 700cc but told her im going for a certain look so I dont really care about size especially since my wishpics are in the 1,000s range. The measuring tape comes in handy because I actually measure myself for clothes and bras before purchasing. (I tailor my own clothes via sewing machine!) I also measured myself before and after my brazilian butt lift (fat transfer to hips/butt). I just wanted to be an optimum weight especially before breast surgery so that i can get implants to fit my smaller body than me being significantly overweight and them not fitting properly later on. Im 27 body mass index aiming for 24. So i have another 15lbs to drop. Hoping i get there before surgery.

The only thing on the list for me to do this particular month was some shopping for outfits. Particularly button up pajamas and a couple zip up tracksuits or button front tops. I wear mostly t-shirts so I needed to buy these things. Besides that just some alcohol wipes, throat lozenges, and surgery bras. I was going to get the Macom surgery bra since im pretty large chested already. Im just waiting on reviews for it. Also going to get some zip front sports bras in addition to that.

November Update ~ 2 week Pre op Appointment Details

Projected: 700-1,000cc Saline

Technically im closer to 1 week preop now but I was pretty busy last week with everything I needed to get done. My pre op was done over the phone. Originally I was going to drive the 5 hrs from Vegas but due to Covid the center is reducing as much contact as possible only to those that have had their Covid tests and have already had surgery recently.
They went over my medical history, sent my labs, explained my desired outcome again, and I paid in full.
I was told that with her, automatic compression stockings are mandatory. These are electric ones that pump your legs for you that cost average $80. So I had to buy that.
We also went over my size again. And I have to send pics of my bwd, so much like my last update I sent in pics like that with the measurement visible. I was given the option to have a 700cc saline implant overfilled to 900cc or a 800cc implant overfilled to 1,000cc. I didnt have to decide right then but it was something I had to mentally prepare for on surgery day when I finally see Dr Bandy in person. Im leaning towards the 700 filled to 900cc mostly because of my fear of the pain and I think I'd like the projection alot more. They went ahead and sent my prescription for nausea and antibiotics. I won't get pain meds until surgery day.
So after all that I took my labs they cost $245 on healthlabs website. A good option for those struggling to get a doctors appointment squeezed in. All my labs came back perfect 2 days ago on Friday. I emailed them myself. Dr Bandy has a list of vitamins to take. Im familiar with them cause I took most of them for my BBL. Iron, b12, zinc, vitamin C, the extra ones are Arnica and bromelain. I take them all as instructed. At this point all I have left is my Covid nose swab on Tuesday. Im going to do a packing for surgery update on Monday. Ive had surgery before so kinda I know not to overpack with unnecessary items.
