I know a lot of people were worried that my implants were too high. Because I’m an athlete and I have a lot of muscle definition I took longer than the average person. My only complaint is that my scars are more visible than I would like them to be. But I’m not sure if anything can be done to fix that other than more surgery.

7 weeks post op
So I’m now 7 weeks post op today. I went back to CrossFit today for the first time and was able to do clean squats and jerks, wall balls and push ups with absolutely no pain. To be honest I feel exactly like I did pre op. I don’t notice any difference. My breasts are fantastic and I love trying on different clothes. It’s really fun. Granted they are pretty slow to drop but I think that’s because I had pretty well defined muscle before surgery. I just have to be patient and let the process happen. I couldn’t be happier with the size and with the entire process.

You are tracking well and they look good on you. We both had surgery on the same date, but my implant is slightly smaller in size than yours (355cc). I experienced the same about the dropping, my surgeon said if you regularly do chest exercise, your muscles relax at slower rates compares to those who don't. Mine still sitting quite high too. Also I don't have much of breast tissue to begin with as I had tiny boobs, so it will take longer for me for them to drop and fluff. I'm sure they will get there. I am already in love with mine!
Thank you SO much for sharing your journey. I am a CrossFit coach and personal trainer and was actually reconsidering having BA because I was concerned things wouldn’t be the same when I came back to the workouts. Hearing you are now doing all the things you were before BA is really encouraging!
You look great!!
No problem! I'm happy to help or answer any other questions you have. You look a lot like me prior to surgery. I definitely don't think you need a lift. You're boobs are perkier that you think. They just need some volume like mine did. I was back to gym just a few week after surgery doing lower body with no problem but I've also been told I have a pretty high tolerance to pain. My pain was mostly gone after first week and I felt good. Let me know if you have any other questions!
This is SO HELPFUL! Being able to return to full fitness activities has been a big concern on this end in considering whether to go ahead with the desire to pursue BA surgery.
Well two other women at my gym have BAs and both kill it in the gym. One is a coach. So I would just do it if it makes you happy and gives you confidence. That's all that matters at the end of the day. And trust me the gym won't go anywhere. You'll be hitting prs again before you know it.
Please be sure you wear the strap the one they tell us to wear directly after surgery to push them down into place they are super high upend that's normal just make sure your constantly wearing it i worse it for almost 3 months after I got mine done and in my opinion tha helped a lot
You should be happy - you look damn amazing!!
This is super helpful. Being able to maintain fitness level post-operatively is the biggest fear for us in going ahead with BA surgery. Please keep the updates coming! Thank you!!!

2 week post op
I’m 2 weeks post op and all soreness is completely gone. The hardest part for me is not exercising! It’s driving me crazy! Trying to go on long walk or hikes to stay active. Boobs are still very high but they are starting to get more round. The doctor said my nipple will come up as the muscle relaxes. It’s hard to be patient waiting for the drop and fluff!

How’s the healing? Any progress with the dropping and fluffing?
Sorry to say but I think the implant has been put so high, if you see another photos of the same surgery you can find what I mean, please check it with another Dr as well, good luck
It has nothing to do with the implant being put too high. It takes about 6 to 8 weeks for the implant to drop into place and it's only been 2 weeks. It takes longer in being who are muscular and I was a body builder/cross fitter before my surgery so I expected them to take longer to drop.
I hope that I am wrong but I have same problem with my right breast implant and now after 8 years I have to exchange it and my Dr told me because of my implants put so high I have to take them out first and wait until 3 months and let my body filled that big gap in my upper side of breast (because of the wrong place implant) and again in the second surgery they put the new implant for me
Hello, I'm going to have a BA soon and I'm also going to choose 375 hp. I look like you did before. Muscular and small breasts. How are you now? Did you start exercising lightly?
That's very exciting! Yeah I started biking and running and I'm doing lower body exercises. I'm 3 weeks out today. It's harder to stop yourself from pushing too hard if you're used to exercising at a certain level. You have to remember not to go to heavy.
Have your boobs impacted your running in any way?
Have you experienced and dropping yet?
You look great! I have a similar body and am looking at around your size. Do you know what your cup size might be? I'm afraid of going too big because I still want to be able to workout out. I'm getting mine done in two weeks and am in he same boat as you in terms of physical activity. I do weight lifting style workouts and the hardest thing or me is knowing I can't workout for a while. I'm worried upper body workouts won't be the same so I'd love to know how everything works out for you over time!
Wow. I'm going to have my BA in 8 of July. When is yours?
Your questions interest me as well. I'm also working out with weights and I'm a little bit afraid that my workouts won't be the same after some months.. if course.

July 10th! Yeah, I think this is a common concern among athletes!
Yes, that's right. Good luck with your surgery! Wish you the perfect results!
Sorry for the late reply I haven't been on this app in a while. I went from a small b to a D cup. I mentioned this in my current review but I haven't noticed any difference in running or working out. I'm back to CrossFit now and I feel the same as before. Granted it will take me some time to build up my strength esp in my upper body but I feel great. Good luck with your surgery and let me know how everything goes.
Thanks so much for replying and your results look great! I had my surgery two weeks ago (375 cc) and am having some post op blues because I can't workout lol it's nice to know the implants don't affect your training much. Did you wait the full 7 weeks to do any activity?
Never mind! I saw that you answered a previous comment!
