Massaging techniques are being applied now for the next few weeks. Updating with photos.
I have been using a powered drink mix called Juven by Ensure for wound healing (2x a day 2 weeks before surgery). I believe this has accelerated the healing process along with the antibiotics prescribed. Now I drink it 1-2 times every other day.

Scheduled for surgery
I set up a consultation appointment via RealSelf (Thank you!) with Dr. David Liland on May 8, 2021 after almost 3 month's research.
His office is about a 3.5 hour drive from where I live, which is lengthy considering Amarillo is somewhat closer. However, I chose Dr. Liland because his portfolio showcased what I am looking for in a breast augmentation procedure and surgeon. I was given the option to sign consent forms and other packet information via email which I think was terrific because it saved me time and money on travel.
Located in a stylish and up kept commercial/residential area of Dallas, TX his building was very easy to find, well kept and the parking garage was free and easy to access with plenty of available spots.
Entrance into the building is easy to navigate with the help of front desk security. Upon entering Dr. Liland's office, you're met with a comfortable and luxurious seating area. Reception was very kind and helpful. Patient rooms are not sterile cold environments, they're like being in someone's home. Very cozy, homey, welcoming and warm.
During consultation I told him that I would like a breast augmentation. I was given an exam to check for lumps and for Dr. Liland to see what he was dealing with in regards to the shape of my natural breast. Left side has some drooping. However at the time, I was on birth control and they were fuller, now they have lost volume since I stopped the medication. I initially decided to go with a larger gummy implant of 485cc soft, smooth and round. However, the day of surgery I went with a 522cc higher profile gummy as the shape of the implant is much more flattering.
Price: $6,100 payment due two weeks before surgery on AUGUST 11, 2021.
July 1 2021 UPDATE
I will be paying for my procedure tomorrow, a few weeks early to get it squared away and taken care of so I can spend more time preparing for packing, travel and our (husband) 2 night stay in Dallas at the Warwick Melrose; a 3 minute drive from the doctors office. I have also signed my consent forms and now it's just a waiting game until the day of surgery!
July 21 2021 UPDATE
I have received my prescriptions and had them filled at my local pharmacy. $80 for 5 scripts. Not bad considering I do not have insurance. 20 days until surgery!
August 16 2021 UPDATE
Accommodations in Dallas were fabulous even though we are homebodies and didn't explore the city much. Room service was top notch. Day of surgery was very comfortable, easy and I was back at my hotel around noontime thanks to my wonderful husband. We did stay an additional night to see the doctor the following morning to check incision sights and overall look and feel of the implants. I will be sending updated photos in 1 week. Then a 6 week follow up in person visit.
If I do decide to have any more cosmetic procedures, Dr. David Liland will be my primary doctor. 10/10

You said initially your were going with "smooth soft round" implant but then ended up with "higher profile" implant. So what exactly did you get--HP or ultra HP? What brand--Natrelle, Mentor, Sientra?
