I thought I should add an update since it’s been 5 weeks since my surgery! I’ve been to probably 3 post op appts altogether including the morning after surgery. I have my next at 3 months post op, again at 6 months then at a year. Really, I can’t believe that I stressed myself out soo much before surgery. It is a big deal, yes, but as far as recovery goes.. the only thing I felt uncomfortable wise was like my neck/chest was being pulled downward, I guess from my skin stretching and getting use to the shock. That lasted for about a week. It wasn’t excruciating in the least, I’d go back and do it again. Even though sleeping propped up DOES suck!! I had zero bruising and minimum swelling. Some women say they were bloated afterwards, I did not have that effect at all. I was sore and had slight sharp pains in my left boob for maybe three weeks then it all subsided and I now have full arm range and motion. Nothing hurts anymore! So let me take a second to BRAG so hard on Dr. Larsen, he is a boob God! I could NOT be happier with my results. My husband always says how I have the picture perfect boob job and he’s not even kidding, I really do. ;) They are perfectly symmetrical, round just like I wanted and I have hella cleavage. So glad I went with 520cc’s. I don’t regret a thing! Oh & not to mention, you get a free facial, massage or Botox or whatever you choose at the Lux Med Spa located above his office when you book your surgery. #perks

So it’s the second morning after surgery and I woke up at 5am to take my medicine and I feel the best that I have so far. Yesterday (the day after surgery) I had my post-op appt and let me tell you that I was SO HAPPY with my results when they took the wrap off. I almost cried because I was actually wearing my DREAM boobs! They looked that phenomenal only one day post surgery. I can’t imagine what they’ll look like in a week! But I did overdo it afterwards and by the end of the night, my body really needed some rest. So I slept from 8pm to just now at 5am and I feel so refreshed. I’ve started doing my massages every hour which also helps them feel much better afterwards. You can tell they get just a little more squishy every day, I’m loving the progress. I couldn’t be happier with my results at this point!
