He’s the Doctor I Wanted from the Start!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Marciales and his entire team! I had been researching and looking into plastic surgeons in the US had a few consultations but I didn’t not click with any of the doctors like I had hoped. I started looking into Mexico and found Dr. Marciales’ office. I reached out and Zabdi the client coordinator responded immediately. She provided a quote with 48 hours of initial inquiry. I sent a list of questions prior to committing and talked extensively with my husband. The end decision was I wanted Dr. Marciales to do my surgery. We scheduled about a month out and Zabdi stayed in close communication the entire time. The day came and we arrived at his office and not only was I blown away by the building but his office was spectacular. The entire staff from the moment we got there was warm and inviting and there was no language barrier. I spent my Friday doing my pre-operative testing which all took place within the same building. By the afternoon I was meeting with Dr. Marciales to review sizing and markups. He was professional, funny and honest. He told me I was the biggest unsymmetrical case he’d done but he was confident we could achieve the results I wanted. He recommended a small about of lipo around my breast/armpit area to really give me the results and was able to do it within my surgery.

Later that evening, we checked into the hospital that was also top tier. The facilities were clean and accommodating. The staff, despite the language barrier, made sure I could communicate and that I was comfortable. The day of surgery came and Diego, my anesthesiologist, came to run things over and he was professional and kind. By 10:30 I was been wheeled into the OR. Everyone was great in making sure I was calm and ready. Dr even made a few jokes and made me laugh and relax. Within minutes I was out and I woke up in recovery not long later. I was taken back to my room where my husband had stayed and I was discharged by 5pm.
I am day 7 post op and I will say I am doing great! There was zero pain more soreness and discomfort. I am home and I have stayed in touch with Karina who has been fantastic at answering my questions. I’ll have a virtual post op appointment in another week with Dr. Marciales but so far I am SO HAPPY! My results are beautiful and just want I wanted. 10/10 recommended Dr. Marciales and his team! If I ever want anything else done, I’ll be back!
