I think I need a revision— I don't see much of a difference in my breast

I think I need a revision

$3,500
I had a breast augmentation on 7/7/2020 with Dr. Freiman at CG cosmetics in Coral Gables Florida. I am 28 years old approximately 5'5", 160lbs, with 3 kids. I received 450cc, ultra high profile, smooth, round, gummies under the muscle. I'm currently not happy with my results. Immediately after surgery I couldn't help but realize that My breast were small to me. I mentioned it to the nurse at my one day postop appointment that I thought they were small and his response were "no they are not small they are a nice size you are a full D cup" (I was 36 c cup before my ba.) So I think to myself fine I'll just be patient. Plus research I've done on breast augmentation, I have learned that the implants have to drop and fluff and that over time they will look fuller or even bigger. At about 2 months post-op (still, early on I know) I notice that my breast were still high riding, firm, with little to no mobility. My areolas and breast tissue sort of hang below/off the implant and there's like saggy skin just hanging. Not cute at all. There is no lower breast fullness. The implants do not fill out the lower pole of my breast at all. My breast implants also appear too narrow for my body frame. I have very broad shoulders. After doing research on the different types of profile and style of implants I don't think that ultra-high profile implants suit my body. I must add that during my consultation right before my surgery and didn't really go over the type of implant styles or profiles. He just asked me for a wish pic and that was it. I wasn't aware of the type or amount of cc I received until the next day at my follow up appointment. At around three months postop I did send an email to CG Cosmetics with pictures explaining to them my concerns and they expressed to me that my implant has yet to drop and to wait at least six months for them to settle. So here I am almost 5 months post up as of December 7, 2020, and I don't see much of a difference in my breast from two months post up. I must add that my implants are sore still today, not like excruciating pain but they are sore to touch and UncomfortableI put it in my head that I may have capsular contracture.

I can see a difference. See how you like them once they drop and the swelling goes down.
Thank you soo much I really hope they do. I'm really getting discouraged bc I'm reading reviews from women who went to he same surgeon as me and are have the same issue (not dropping).when I say I don't see a difference I mean I don't see a difference from 2 weeks post op vs 5 months post op. They looks the same to me.
Oh no! Everyone is different and will have a different recovery time. Don't be discouraged. I used a band and that helped mine drop way faster. Ordered it off of Amazon (only like $20)
That's very true! Thanks again. I really am trying to stay encouraged. I just seen your breast augmentation journey and yours look really nice! In your vide, yours are really movable and squishy. How long did it take yours to get to that point? Mine are so stiff and not squishy at all. Ps. I do have a band that I wear every night!
Thank you. It took about 2-3 months for mine to be squishy. Massage them every chance you get.
I had a friend whose implants took almost 2 years to style but now (15 or so years later) they look SO GOOD! I didn't even realize she had implants! That being said, I would most definitely be talking about options with your PS.
Honestly I believe they're sitting IN the breast pocket but he should've recommended a small lift bc it looks like that's loose skin that's hanging off of the implant.
I got 450 from them and mine are huge
