Update review 2 years later! I came back for implant exchange and once again, my experience was absolutely phenomenal!!! It was exactly like how it was the first time, absolutely amazing staffs and doctor. The quality cared Dr.Chang and her staffs has given me was exceptional and as long as Dr.Chang is still practicing I will forever be her coming back as her loyal patient! I really appreciate Dr.Chang for her honesty, kindness and expertise. I’ve gotten to several surgeons in the past for consultation and decided on Dr.Chang immediately. She made me feel safe and well taken care of. She took her time out and truly listened to her patients. Dr.Chang and her amazing staffs made me feel heard, welcomed and taken care of from my first surgery to my second surgery, and in the future as well. Dr.Chang, Ms.Lindsey, Nurse Bridgette and everyone at JC plastic surgery WAS PHENOMENAL!! I had such an amazing experience from beginning to the end! I can’t say even fathom how blessed and fortunate I am to find such a great surgeon and to be under her genuine, kind and compassionate care. I’m glad I went with my gut instinct and went with Dr.Chang office instead of going to Miami. I went in for a breast augmentation, and I was sold the moment I step into her office. It was BEAUTIFUL! The declaration was elegant and her staffs were so nice, warm and welcoming. Someone told me to always go to a surgeon with a beautiful office because that means she’ll make me pretty as well! XD I’m glad I took that advice! But after meeting and talking to Dr.Chang, she was so sweet and patience, she listened to all my concerns and got me what I wanted! I was pretty indecisive about my sizing and kept calling the office multiple times and without fail her staffs always get back to me in no time! I’m really really thankful and grateful to Dr.Chang and her staffs for always being there and available for every single questions and concerns I have. I just came out of my 1 week post op from my breast augmentation and I couldn’t be any happier with my result!! ITS BEAUTIFUL!!
