Absolutely! My approach was u see the muscle, I went with silicone 310cc. I was 34B before and am now a full 34D. No more gapping between my chest and bra. My bras fit like a glove!

How has recovery been? Did you get a surgical bra? Are you back to exercise? Did you get the breast massages?
