Took out old implants, removed scar tissue and put in new implants

Dr R was very thorough. Explained procedure and what to expect post surgery. I had gone to another surgeon for a consultation to compare. I preferred Dr R method. The other surgeon said i would need 2 surgeries- one to remove scar tissue and do a lift then second one to put new implants in. Dr R took out old implants ,removed scar tissue and put in new implants . We thought I would need a lift which would be a second surgery. But he did such a good that I didnt need one
