HORRIBLE Experience with Breast Augmentation
I went to Dr Horowitz for a breast augmentation in Brooklyn in April, I'm regretting every second of it. From the look, feel and size of the implant it all looks horrible and not even CLOSE to the size I requested. I've email and called and have not heard back from him ONCE.
