My only regret is that I didn't do this ten years ago.
My entire experience was absolutely perfect. I truly couldn't be happier with every aspect of my experience - and of course the results! ;) If I could, I'd give them a thousand stars.
The facility was clean and cute. From the moment I walked in the door, I was in love with everything and every one of their staff.
The girls at the front were so welcoming and friendly and my I didn't have much of a wait.
I was taken back for my consult and my experience was incredible.
The ladies were so personal and made me feel right at home. They were helpful, patient and fun! They nicely listened to me explain what I already knew I wanted (because you know I'd spent hours searching google and was pretty sure I knew exactly what I wanted).
Then they took me back for images of my body. This is seriously the GAME CHANGER. They provide this incredible moving 3D computer image of your body and it gives a recommended range of CC's for your body. We went through all of them, and I got to see MY BODY with different size and styles and from all different angles.
What I learned is that EVERY BODY is different, and a specific number of CC's can look VERY different on two different bodies. Had I gone with what I THOUGHT I wanted - and so confidently told them minutes prior - and my friends had recommended - I would have been so unhappy with the results.
At Ritacca, you get to see your actual body with different sizes and actually see what it would look like. It shows front, side, top and bottom view. It's seriously the coolest thing ever.
They provided their recommendations and honest feedback, but definitely made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted.
Here is the best part. I expected to leave this consult - just like I had the other five or six I had been to - going over the pro's and con's on my drive home, and adding Dr. Lu and Ritacca to my list. That did not happen. I scheduled my surgery at the first available date. I knew with certainty that this was the place and people I wanted doing my surgery. They were all professional but very warm and welcoming.
If you're thinking about having this surgery, go see Dr. Lu. You'll be so glad you did. My only regret is that I didn't do this ten years ago.
