Low Profile, 220 Cc, Natrelle Implants Under the Muscle - Going for a Small Enhancement

I'm scheduled for my BA tomorrow. This is something I have wanted to do for over 10 years now. I'm 32 with two young children under the age of 4. After nursing my two kids, and experiencing fuller breasts, I realized I needed to finally do this for myself. I am very confident and love who I am, but have always wanted my breasts to fit my curvaceous body better. I'm 5'4 around 130 lbs, and fit, with hips, thighs and a bum. I can barely fill out an A cup. I don't always wear padded bras but usually. I just want to be a full b or small c so I am going for low profile, 220 cc natrelle implants. When I initially tried on the sizers I went with 200 cc as even that felt huge. But then coming back here and reading so many stories I thought I would go back to my PS to double check the size. I took more pictures and tried on my normal bras and clothing with the sizers. I then decided on 220 cc. My physician's assistant asked if I was afraid of being too big or too small. I said too big, so she suggested 220 cc's over 250. The big day is tomorrow. I'm super excited but also nervous, of course! I want to feel and look like myself (but obviously enhanced lol). I'm worried about waking up and feeling really sick and terrible. But I know that will pass and it's more likely that the pain will come later. I'm ok with that. I will post lots of pictures throughout my recovery as I would like other women looking to get the same kind of enhancement to read more stories of small implants! There are not many on this site.

Thank you for sharing the beginning of this journey! Looking forward to hearing how everything went (and crossing my fingers today goes well!).

Surgery day

Home from my surgery. It was so easy. I was a ball of nerves. After meeting with the nurse, doctor (he did his marking), and anesthetist I went into the operating room and laid down on the table. Anesthetist got my IV in, and told me he started something that would make me feel a little dizzy, almost like I’d had a glass of wine. I said ‘I could really go for a glass of wine right now’ and the next thing I remember is waking up! I mostly just feel groggy from the anaesthetic and have some discomfort and pressure around my chest. Pain is like 2/10, but I’m also not so at ease that I can be doing stuff. Here are some pre photos as well as a photo in clothes right now.

Hey, good luck with recovery. I think it's a good idea to follow the rules - wearing your sports bra all the time, no breaks, to wait until you go around driving about 10 days and be patient. I look forward to see your results ; I've got 230cc demi profile on the 23rd of may.

Thanks! Everything is going well! Just discomfort and pressure, no real pain. I’m definitely going to lie low for the full week. How has your recovery been?

Because my choice and doctor's of the small implants, recovery had been rather easy. I had trouble in opening doors and pushing things in the first 2-3 weeks but I remained patient. My surgical bra was VSs sports bra actually, and it held everything secure and in place. I took meds for 7 days and I had only slight pains. I don't know yet if I'm happy with my size or if I think it's too small, but seems like it wasn't much of room in there to be able to place larger implants

That’s so great! Honestly I love the look of smaller breasts and you’ll be able to wear all your clothes which is great. Glad your recovery has been so great.

Day 1 post op

Feeling good! I do get sore as the Tylenol wears off but it’s really not bad. I would say discomfort is a 5 or 6/10 but pain is like a 1 or 2. It’s barely anything. Just weird to feel so stiff and like I can’t do anything. Many women liken the discomfort to breastfeeding engorgement. I had craaaazY engorgement with both kids and this doesn’t feel like that. My breasts don’t feel crazy hard... just tight from the inside out. I took an oxy before bed and one in the middle of the night to help me sleep. But plan to stay off them during the day which I don’t think will be a problem. My breasts are very high right now and look just like most other women’s at this stage I’ve seen on here! Will post some pics tomorrow.
