I'm approaching my 4 month mark and thought I should update again. Everything is going well. The only thing I can complain about is push ups still feel funny. They dont hurt, just feel weird. I can tell I'm getting deeper into my push ups than before, so that's a plus. However, I'm not a fan for push ups. Because of the dual plane placement when my pecs are sore my boob feel tender because my pecs are pressed outward due to the implant. Small price to pay in my opinion.
In addition, I am still considering an upgrade. And because my PS is willing to switch them out for the cost of the impants and anesthesiologists costs only, I figure why spend all thos money and not get exactly what I want. And he wants his patients to get exactly what they want as well. Going in next week, so well shall see what he says in terms of time frame for upgrade. I know your all probably thinking I'm silly for even considering but I need perfection. Why go thru all this trouble to not achieve perfect results, in my opinion.

It has been 98 days since my surgery and everything is going well. Back to the gym and all my regular activities. However, I have decided to go back in for a revision to go a bit bigger. I'm thinking around 320cc .
I still love my new breast but would like to go a bit larger. My only regret is that I should have trusted my surgeon to make the final call on size. I was too worried about going to big and ended up too small. I guess that better than wishing I would have gone smaller. :)

I do think you look great! But I get wanting to go larger. I wanted moderate
September 25, 2019
Sorry phone messed up. I wanted to go moderate 295 cc and upped that to 355 cc HP. I'm only day 2 post op but I'm kind of worried they will be too big. When did you start to drop. Looking at your pictures I think I see dropping as early as 1 week post-op. Right now I feel like they will never drop. So high and swelling in my armpit and rib cage. Do you have a time frame in mind for revision?

I startes st see them drop early on, maybe around a week or two. This might have been because I went so small. I'm sure everyone is different. The swelling will go down. I noticed once the swelling went away maybe 2 to 3 weeks post OP, i felt like they shrunk. And that's when i felt that i didn't go big enough. In my opinion if you think they are too big, then they are probably the perfect size. You can see in my comparison photos our of no where they shrunk. Just within the last week or two I noticed the fluffed out a bit. They are a bit fuller, but now much. As far as revision goes my PS said I have to wait at least 6 months post OP. Which would put me in December. I'm hoping to get my revision done before the holidays. Fingers crossed I can get in early to mid December.

You look fantastic. I have surgery booked for next month. I'm looking to go about your size, but was getting worried since so many people wished they went bigger. Yours look perfect though. Exactly what I want. How are they with working out? Did you really workout a week after surgery?!! Did I read that right? I'm hoping my recovery is fast since I'm not going that big. Thanks for sharing.

Congrats ero77, your going to do amazing!
Thanks so much. Mind you, my most recent photos are wearing a push up bra ;)
Yes, I was cleared for workouts 6 or 7 days put from surgery. O think I included in my post what exactly I did during my workouts.
Best of luck!

I don’t think you need a revision

I think you look great; you should give it a bit more time to see if you learn to love them. Revision can be done at any time
Good luck!

5 Week Update

It's been awhile since I have checked in. I thought I would give you ladies a bit of an update.
The last few weeks have been an emotional Rollercoaster of emotions. At first I was over the moon excited, which turned into doubt. I was second guessing the decision of my size. Going thru this I wanted breast that fit my body and that would work with my active lifestyle, and my PS gave me exactly that. I took awhile to realize that I did make the right decision and got the perfect set of girls. Boob greed was strong but I am very happy with my size now. I relized that anything bigger would be obvious that I had work done and just look silly on me.
As for my day-to-day life since surgery, I'm pretty much back to normal. I can pick my 3year old daughter no problem. I have been working out, mostly running and legs since 8 days post op. Just last week I went to my regular weight class( which I missed... Alot! Obviously I was not able to do any chest work but still able to participate in all the other exercises with weights. I'm still taking it light until I hit the 6-week mark, there's no sense in messing up these beautiful girls. Next week I'm free and clear to do chest exercises and anything else at the gym and I'm very excited for that.
Just on a quick side note. I figured since my old bras still fit me, I would be able to still wear them to the gym. Yeah right! I quickly figured out that wearing my old sports bras were not going to fly at the gym. I found these great bras that fit each breast individually, they're adjustable on the shoulders and have a clasp on the back to adjust. They keep the girls in when running and jumping! I just thought I'd share with you ladies.
I'll have more updates soon.

Thank you for all your great insights. My surgery is booked for Sept. 23rd and I'm about the same stats as you- 35 yrs old, 5'6" 130 lbs. Plan is for 295 cc mod plus profile, cohesive gel silicone, dual plan, inframamory incision. I also want natural and not for anyone to tell I had my boobs done. My surgeon says I will wish I went bigger. My number one fear was being too big but now I'm starting to wonder. I have just over an 11 cm BWD. What was your final implant size and profile? Are you know happy or still wondering about a larger number of CC's?

I'm so excited for you! You are going to love them!

We'll I haven't done any updates on realself, but I saw my PS today for a follow up and I will be going in for a revision here in the next few months. I so so Wish I would have gone bigger. I totally understand where you are coming from, not wanting to go too big. I had the same exact mind set. I didn't want to go too big.

But I was talking to my PS about going bigger, he was not surprise that I was not happy and wanted to go bigger. To be honest I love them, I just wish they were bigger. Although, I don't think I would have ever opted to go bigger the first time. But now that they are in, they are amazing! And so much fun! They are like an accessory that you never have to take off.

Before my surgery I thought big boobs would be in the way and a pain, but they are apart of your body, so natural. I would highly consider going a bit bigger.

Number one rule "always go bigger" than you think. Or if you feel comfortable with your surgeons work let him/her choose the best size for you. I wish I would have let my surgeon have free rein in choosing my size. But I was too scared of being too big.

At the end of the day it's your body. And I wish you the best of luck. No matter what you are going to love them!

My final implant size was 255cc moderate profile and I had dual plan, incision was made just under the breast.

I'm not considering around 320cc ish... Still have a while to think about it before I'm even able to have a revision done. I need to wait atleast 6months.
