WORTH IT$6,500

I have always had a small chest. In my 20's I was a B cup at best. After having two kids and breastfeeding both for over a year I can defiantly see the after effects of having kids and the natural aging process. I have always wanted a large chest but there was never a good time, money, having kids or just too busy to take the down time for surgery.

After convincing my husband, who was strongly against the idea of electing to have someone cut you open for the sake of beauty. I finally convinced him that this is something I want for myself and it would greatly improve my confidence.

I started my research and quickly found a handful of surgeon that I would like to consider.

These included Dr. Dash, Dr. Emmett, Dr. Rhee and Dr. Smith.

After meeting with Dr. Dash I felt Ok after the consul. I thought she was very nice, professional and felt she could do the job but I wanted the feeling of "YES, YOUR THE ONE!" And I didn't get that from her.

I spoke with Dr. Emmett's consultant, I believe her name was Karen. She was so nice, very knowledgeable and thought this is going to be my surgeon. Something along the line, after speaking with her a couple of times. I felt something was off, maybe too pushy, her doubting my need to meet with other surgeons to make my final decision, or the fact that her price was far above any other surgeon I talked to. And the cherry on top, finding out that Dr. Emmett had the bare minimum of certifications to perform plastic surgery. Whereas the other doctors I looked into have far exceeded their minimum certifications.

Needless to say I cancelled my consul and had all that I needed to cross Dr. Emmett off my list.

Although I had a consul with Dr. Aaron Smith months out, somehow I was lucky enough to have gotten in earlier due to a cancellation consul. I was excited! He was one of the two doctors that actually had before and after photos that matched my final desired look. I'm not looking to have DD's or even a C cup, just a modest B to feel like a women again.

With 15 minutes of my consul I knew he was the one. I grilled him with 3.5 pages of questions, and he happily answered ever single one of them. His bedside manner is phenomenal! Did I mention that he has a 3D imaging system that allows you to see your final results on yourself! Pretty cool!

I have been saving to have this procedure done in cash, NO CREDIT. Took about 3 months to save for the full amount. After a couple of weeks I gathered the $500 deposit and went back in to schedule my operation for July 18th, 2019, only 3 months away. I have read other ladies were sad about the fact they have to wait months for the surgery. I feel this is a good sign that the doctor is an excellent doctor. If my surgery was 2 weeks away I would be concerned.

I now have nearly enough to pay my for my procedure in full, with 2 months to save the remainder. If your interested, the total cost will be $6500 plus the medication that he prescribes for pain management. And yes if your have a HSA account, you can use this for your prescriptions. :)

I am continuing my research to ensure I get the best outcome possible and learn everything I can about this procedure. KNOWLEDGE IS POWER!

I have very happy with my decision to choose Dr. Aaron Smith as my surgeon and excited for my summer surgery!

My surgery date is one month closer!

Well, I was able to get my surgery date moved up one month sooner due to an added surgery day for Dr. Smith. This is getting real now! I thought I should add some before pictures while I still can. Right now I am think of getting around 275cc range to have a nice B cup. Around the size I was pre pregnancy.... Maybe a trade bigger . After 2 kids and breastfeeding for over a year each, I don't have much left. I am most nervous about choosing the correct size because I go to the gym alot. I do alot of high intensity cardio, GRIT, and weight lifting. However, I am not a body builder by any means. I just love working over alot, like 5 days a week alot. I want to still feel comfortable in the gym after surgery, but feel sexy when I don't have clothes on(for my hubby) or just fill out a regular t-shirt. Well, more posts to come!
Getting excited.... And nervous....

Hey I found your review! Look into getting the app GoodRx, you can save some $ on the prescriptions he gives you. I’m so excited for you! The good news about implants is they don’t decrease in size when you lose weight or workout. Best of luck to you! You’re going to love your results

Finally downloaded the GoodRx app.
It is showing the lowest prices at different places. Do I just full my prescriptions at the particular places that have the lowest prices? Did you have to go to differnt places to fill different prescriptions to get the best prices? Am I doing this right?

So I went to whatever place was the cheapest but I got mine even cheaper because I did the generic brand.

Thank you, I will look into that. Getting excited! It's is so nice to chat with someone else about this, I feel like no one understands.
How are you feeling these days? Do you feel like you are back to your self again?

I’m still afraid to lift heavy and workout but other than that I feel great! My boobs are still a little hard but a lot squishier than they were right after. I lifted my 30lb bag of dog food today with no issues but I’m waiting until my 6 week visit for Dr Smith to confirm I can go back to normal activity. That hardest part of all this was getting my son used to me not picking him up

That's amazing, just about 5weeks post op and lifting that much. That gives me hope. Definatly sad that I have to take time away from the gym, but it will be worth it.
I'm sure I will have the same issue with my Minnie me, she loves to be carried by mommy... Mind you she is 3.
On a side note, I picked up some ugly, no wire, clasp in front sprots bras on clearence! I'm sure these will come in handy.

You are so right in keeping in mind your lifestyle and in particular your exercise regime. Boobs can be really be in the way!! I had large breasts as a teen and early adult, are they are a big PAIN to work out with. When I started loosing volume I hated the look but boy it was amazing to move around. I also did a lot of consults (which some found strange) and ended up with the PS who respected my modest wishes and my active lifestyle. Generally the motto is go bigger than you initially think you want, but reading your review I think you are part of the minority who would be unhappy if you were to go with that advice.

Best of luck with picking the size :)

Thanks so much Clover999. I actually initially scheduled a consul with my now PS, because he had some many previous clients that had results similar to my desired outcome. It is defiantly hard to even find 'wish pictures' because most women go larger than I want to go. I'm thinking mid 200's should suit me. The gym is a big part of my life and I don't want large breast getting in the way of that. I just want to feel like a women again. And feel sexy for my husband!
Pre-op is only 2 1/2 weeks ! I can't believe it! It's almost unreal. The more I am on this site reading about everyone's amazing stories, the more I feel ready, content and at peace with my upcoming surgery. This will be my first surgery ever... unless getting your wisdom teeth out count. Fingers crossed everything goes off without a hitch!

I got 270cc, you can check out my review if you are interested. I am a lot shorter - but with 12.5cm breast width (which is quite wide for a petite girl)
My 2 options were 235cc and 270cc. Went for 270cc as I did have some tissue to fill.
The size is perfect, I can still hide them but it also gives enough volume to work with for those days you want to accentuate them :)

Trying on sizer

User Avatar

Today I popped into my PS office to try on some sizer so I can have a better idea of what I would like prior to my pre-op where I need to make my decision on size. Let me know what you wonderful ladies think...

I like the 240 size on you, just think you may need a little more projection! They’re going to be so pretty...
User Avatar

I really like the 240 MP... you think more projection...HP? I am thinking about how they will be in the gym. I go about 4-5 days a week. 65 days and counting!
April 23, 2019
Which ones fit your breast width the best? That should be your first step. Then you decide on the profile which is very aesthetics based. HP creates a faker look IMHO. Don't worry too much about CC, what more important is how those CCs are distributed (i.e. width and projection). The difference between the smallest and largest one your tried is 30cc. That's a very small amount anyway. If you weight 30grams of rice and put it in a sock you can feel the difference. I think MP is the way to go for most people. HP is more for ladies who want a lot of CC but don't have the breast width to get their desired volume in MP. LP looks great on very very lean people. You are lean, but not ''boney'' if that makes sense. So I don't think you need to go LP.

I haven't ask my PS yet what sizes would work best for my chest. That will come at my pre op. I was in with the nurse that will be assisting in the surgery, she said I am well within range. I could actually go up to 300cc. That would also fit my body. I was just going in to get a better idea of what I want prior to surgery. I'm not looking for the fake look, just a natural look that fits my body where I can still function at the gym.
