After thinking about this for many years, I said it's now or never. My preop went so well with Dr.Zeff and his staff are absolutely amazing (they make you feel welcomed and relaxed). Surgery is scheduled for the 11th of August and I am so excited (also nervous because now I'm thinking I should go bigger).I am Im currently a 34b with hopes of being a full C to low D (5 foot and 140lbs). I chose 450cc saline, high profile.. fingers crossed.
P.s. sorry about photo quality, I didn't really "try" on these.

Just a heads up - I went from a full B cup to a DD with just 2O0s...and I think one side was smaller (maybe 175?), to accommodate a little natural unevenness. I'd hoped to perk up post-breastfeeding boobies and end up a "C". Way bigger than expected! Over 300 CC's may result in a bigger change than you're expecting!

Correction on what I got.. it was 450cc but with moderate plus! The day is approaching and I'm getting slightly nervous! I think im more nervous about the IV and being put under to be honest. Only time was for wisdom teeth! My significant other had a cold last week so I'm been avoiding him in hopes not to catch his cold (covid test came back negative! So no covid here). I can believe how fast time flew by. Wednesday I have my close girlfriends taking me to surgery and then spending the night at my house. I handle pain pretty well so let's see how this goes! I'm hoping my surgery is earlier in the day and not later! Fingers crossed my nerves settle and all goes well.

You’ll do great! I just had mine done august5th and it was a breeze! It’s always a little nerve wrecking laying on the table but it’s quick once you get in there! The iv is the worse of it and it’s not bad at all! Just a small prick and then you’re good to go! Good luck with everything!

WELL...Today was the day! I'm officially on the road to recovery. I must say, besides boobs... I was very excited for jersey Mike's (there isn't one in northern New Hampshire). My two friends were a big help and support.
We got there 15 minutes before 1pm. I got checked in a tad early which was lovely and everything was a breeze. My nerves were slightly on edge, due to anesthesia, but after the IV (the worst part, it coiled in my hand and had to be tried in my left hand after) was in, it was a piece of cake.
I was walked into the operation room where the music was going and everyone was pumped and ready. That got me so ready for everything but, I was out sooner than I know it.
I work up around 330pm to my name.. "yes, yes. Im right here, what's going on". I was wide awake. My doctor was very surprised... everyone really was honestly, I was pretty coherent. They asked if I needed water (I love water) and something light to eat and I chose cheez itz. I finished the bag quickly and got 4 more waters and one more bag of food before my ride was here. I was feeling amazing! They gave me 800mg and another pain medication at the time and I have a prescription for that, but right now, the pain is manageable. It may be a 2 or 3 out of 10. I showered and put my compression sleeves on. I also started my stretches in the car.
I just woke up (12:15ish), took some Tylenol extra strength (1000mg) to stay on top of pain and did some more stretching. Still feeling good, just.some tightness in my chest area. Taking deep breathes feels nice. My doctor basically want to keep me moving and living life sorta normally.
I'll get up in the AM to shower again since he wanted me to shower 2 to 3 times today but we got home pretty late.

They look so good! I can't wait to see how they look when they drop. I know you said the pain was manageable. But were you able to walk after or did you use a wheelchair?

I was so aware of my surroundings, I walked out of the surgery center. They helped me walk out, but I honestly don't think I needed that either (they were nice and doing their job obviously).

How are you doing now? Have they dropped more?
