These are my final healed before and after photos taken in the office today. They’re better than I ever imagined they could be. I’m over the moon. Thanks Dr. Liland and nurse Angela for making the process so easy :)

I lost 25 pounds in 2020 and they keep looking better. Dr. Liland is the best! I didn’t think these results were possible for me going into this process and I have been totally blown away. The little spot on the underside of my breast is actually a freckle- not a pink spot from the scar. The scar is the whitish line and I’m happy with the way they healed.

Did they sag a bit from the weight loss or did they stay perky?
They haven't sagged at all- my natural breasts were a very small B cup and then the weight loss has made them look more round than before. They just look a little more fake since I'm skinnier if that makes sense.
Yes, it does make sense. That is great to hear because I am two weeks post op and I am at my biggest right now due to covid. I plan on losing weight and have been fearing they would droop.
I was the biggest I ever was post op from this surgery and you can see how bloated I am in the day 2 photos. I felt disgusting and I was worried they would look too fake when I lost weight (part of why I didn't do high profile). I've just been continuously impressed by my results. If anything they look better now. They have also continued to drop, and they should be about done now.
You look great! After reading through your progress I felt a bit reassured that my left will catch up with the right.

Just about 6 months!
So much jiggle!! So soft!! Dr. Liland is the best!! A 32DD (E) isn’t really comfortable so I’ve found a 32DDD (F) is perfect! This is Victoria’s Secret so maybe it’s a smaller size in other brands.

They feel so so so natural. They're Natrelle- the softest they make. You may be able to look up providers on their website or you can ask a surgeon for them specifically. YouTube may have a video somewhere of someone jiggling one in their hands. I can't feel them in my body- I can tell that it's an implant when I push it up but no, i do not feel ridges or edges anywhere.
Such a great transformation, congrats:) my PS uses Motiva here in Germany, he recommended Motiva ergonomics that are very soft and move with the body.. Have fun with them you look gorgeous
