Currently stressing- originally planned for two months from now and taking the plunge earlier than planned. Have some time off work but I'm not sure it's enough- i have a long weekend and my mom is convinced i need to take more time. I am currently a 32B or 34A in Victoria's Secret so i don't fit a B cup from some other places. I've wanted bigger breasts since i was 16 and realized it wasn't happening. It's already paid for and I'm getting together all the things i need for recovery.

Two Days Away!
I am getting more and more excited as the time passes. I picked up my prescriptions yesterday and i bought comfortable bras to wear after. I have Friday (surgery day, 8am) off and the rest of the weekend to recover. I am supposed to go back to work Monday- i just sit at a desk- and I’m going to try to take as few pain pills as possible and just stick to Tylenol. I have read mixed reviews on how soon people are able to drive after surgery so that is still a big question mark. I have been a bit of a nervous wreck and i am glad to be feeling more excited than stressed. I chose Dr. Liland because he was the only surgeon I saw who said they could give me the result i wanted and talked to me thoroughly about my concerns. I saw a few providers who during the consultation were dismissive of my desired outcome and of my concerns that they would end up too round, sitting too low, or too far apart. I am getting a larger implant on my right side (left side in the pictures) because my right breast is noticeably smaller. I am getting moderate smooth Natrelle responsive (the softest of the 3 in the inspira gummy collection) implants. I know what i want my end result to look like and i think i May let Dr. Liland choose the CC amount that will give me what i want.

Good luck! Just had mine today and besides the nausea from the medicine, I honestly feel great. A bit sore but bad at all! You'll be fine!

I basically cried as i was going under because i was so stressed but they took SUCH good care of me. I was just put to sleep and had local sedation so no harsh tube down the throat type stuff

Two Days Post Op
These pictures are from Saturday the 29th- 24 hours after my procedure. I am so happy so far. Very minimal pain, just tightness, all managed with Tylenol and muscle relaxers. I’ve had more pain in my back than i was expecting, which my mom rubbed out. I’ve been eating well, didn’t get sick after coming out of surgery. They put me on an IV drip to sleep and a nerve block once i was out so i didn’t have heavy anesthesia or gases or the big tube down my throat. I have ok mobility and super minimal pain. I’m 445cc on my left and 485cc on my right to make them even (opposite in the pictures because of the selfie camera) they are moderate profile which i am SO happy with because I didn’t want them to be too round. Dr. Liland, Angela and Jay the anesthesiologist were all so sweet and incredible and made me feel so comfortable. I was in great hands. I am so excited to see what happens as they drop.

I'll post more pictures from today too. They're looking better every day. There's super minimal pain, just a lot of tightness so stay on your meds. It really just feels like you went too hard for chest day

I totally agree with OP. The pain isn't bad at all. Don't be nervous at all. You're in and out then home and comfy.b

I wasn't expecting backache but that was the first thing I felt when I came around. You look great and I'm glad you're pleased so far :-) I'm 8 days post op.
