360cc over the muscle - feeling well, barely any pain

I saw an ad for this particular clinic and Doctor Shimada. I reached out via Instagram and was given quick and professional replies instantly. To my surprise, Dr Shimada spoke English very well, was knowledgeable, and offered tons of information.
I visited the clinic and quickly booked the surgery! Within, Dr Shimada and his team helped decide on size, implant, etc. They went over alot of fine details, and answered any and all questions I had. We settled for 360cc Polytech Mesmo implants above the muscle. I wasnt sure why above the muscle, but he explained since my breasts were already larger to begin with, it would look more natural.
I was unsure on how the implants would come out given on how many photos and stories I've looked at online. I gave Dr. shimada my reference photos, and he was confident about achieving the results.

I booked the surgery for basically one month after I had my first appointment, and it went amazingly. I did my surgery under twilight sedation - I was very nervous about this but it went really well.
