Breast Augmentation - Breast Pocket/Implant out of Place

I had a breast augmentation with Dr. Freiman March 21, 2021 at CG Cosmetics in Miami Florida. I have contact post op on October 17, 2021 to inform them that there is something wrong with my left breast. It is dislocated and sits completely to the left side of my chest. It feels very uncomfortable and I can not go without a bra, also the left side of my Breast it is numb. It’s in the way of my arm and pushes against it. Post Op ask if I can return for a fallow up, which I did October 22. At the fallow up appointment I did not get to see Dr. Freiman. A woman from CG Cosmetics did the exam and informed me that it’s just the way my breast pocket is and that I have to come back in two weeks for the 6 week mark. I explained to her that I’m from out of the state and it’s impossible to do. I’ve inquired why Dr. Freiman is not doing the fallow up appointment since he is the surgeon but I got no answers. Also they have claimed that Dr. Freiman explained to me during me evaluation that I needed mastopexy and that I didn’t want it only breast implants, which is a false claim. He has not explained to me or said that I needed a mastopexy. I therefore ask for my medical reorder which I payed for and still have not received. Every-time I call I’m being placed on hold and redirect. What also seemed very suspicious to me is on the day of the surgery after I had a quick consultation with Dr. Freiman the anesthesiologist come into the room conducted his consultation and took me to the operating room. He told me to lay down on the operating table. As he was preparing me there was a girl screaming in pain in the room next to me I saw a younger guy in scrubs sitting close to her eating. The anesthesiologist said to me “I’m sorry you have to hear this she’s just young”! I was freezing so I covered me with a blanket and proceeded. He said that I will feel a hot sensation where the IV was placed at that moment the younger guy who was eating walked up touched me by my lower leg I lifted my head looked up to see who he his the anasthetologist said “no worries you’ll be fine”. And I was out. I never saw Dr. Freiman in the operating room and wondering if he even performed my breast augmentation. There was another young lady scheduled for surgery with him. I recall this because we both were in the waiting room together and she had a conversation with her friend. At this point I felt extremely mistreated and to uncomfortable to continue with Cg Cosmetics and Dr. Freiman. I set up a new Consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon in Waco Tx December 29, 2022. At the evaluation he said my breast pocket was created to far lateral and from the looks of it it’s possible that the implants have been switched and the bigger breast received the bigger implant. In order to correct it I would have to undergo another surgery where he would have to take out the implant, create a new breast pocket with permanent internal sutures which are attached to my rip muscle since there is nothing that would hold the implant in place now. I have report this matter to the medical board
