10 months post op

Almost 6 months post up

I’m still so happy I did this. Definitely feel like my new breasts are a part of me now. There is some asymmetry but that was there naturally for me before surgery. Dr Kim and I did discuss a lift in order to make them look more even but we decided it was not that necessary. I’m so happy with my results!

3 weeks post of tomorrow

I have no complaints thus far, I’m so happy with how my breasts look know and they keep getting better throughout my recovery!
I’ve had one post op appt with Dr Kim (i see him again tomorrow) where he removed my stitches (felt like a band aid being removed, not bad at all), told me to start massaging 15 min a day, continue to sleep on my back, and wear a sports bra of my choice 24/7.
I’ve regained so much range of motion in my upper body but unable to bear much weight on my arms to pull myself up. (shouldn’t be doing this anyway) I tried to pull myself up on chair without thinking and felt a pull in my chest, not fun. Definitely makes you realize your body is still very much in recovery.
Looking forward to my appointment tomorrow and hopefully hearing i can get to back in the gym even if its only cardio.
