4 months post OP and so in love with my boobs! I think they are perfect for my body shape and size. My measures are now 38/28/38! They look and feel so natural. They jiggle and bounce just like real. I have full sensation back in the areas that were numb and scars are still pink, but totally smooth.

Loving the drop and fluff and they are feeling very soft and natural now. They can look big or small depending on bra which I wear. They maintain upper pole even when braless! Still get a zinger now and then, but for the most part, I dont even feel them anymore. So happy with my results!

Do you think they have dropped completely? Do they appear any different than at 10 weeks? And do you have sensation?

Yes. I think they have pretty much dropped completely. Definitely different from 10 weeks, lower and softer. At 10 weeks they were still very tight and high. I have full sensation now. I couldn't feel the lower portion from nipple down for 2 months, now at 4, I can feel everything. Scars are completely hidden, and I massage with bio-oil everyday.
That is very encouraging. One of my biggest concerns is loss of sensation. VERY important to me.

Breast Augmentation with 385 / 415cc Natrelle Inspira SRF Breast Implants W/ "Scarless" Internal Lift
I'm 5'6", 145lbs, and received 385cc in left/ 415cc in right, Natrelle Inspira SRF silicone implants with an internal lift. Started with a deflated 34B, now am a 34D/DD. At 10 weeks post OP, my implants are soft and feel incredible. They have really dropped and fluffed over the past 2 months. I have attached pictures for reference. I highly recommend the implant type, size, and surgeon for this procedure.
