Omg I have boobs!

WORTH IT
So I had my surgery with an incredibly kind professional and talented doctor 6 days ago.
Best decision! The first 4 days were really tough.
I slept a lot and took pain killers, muscle relaxants, gravol, stool softeners, and anti inflammatories. My chest felt super tight and breasts felt hard. I had a little bit of post surgery blues and my anxiety flared up a few times. I even thought for a minute that I regretted ever doing this. I called my doctor over the weekend because I wasn't feeling well on the 4th day and he immediately returned my call to make sure everything was ok. Then BAM came day 5 and I literally turned a corner! Felt 100% better. Breasts look amazing! So happy I got them done!
Ice packs, heating pad for my back and my neck pillow were lifesavers that kept me comfortable while sitting reclined in bed for 3 days.
I'm now 6 days post op, my under crease incisions look great, a lot of the swelling went down and I love my new boobs!! Thanks Dr. G.

Dr Goldberg is amazing! I was debating between 2 plastic surgeons for my breast augmentation and I am so happy I chose him. He is confident in his work ( not arrogant like the other surgeon I saw) and is so kind and genuine and makes you feel so comfortable, I couldn't ask for anything more in a surgeon. So professional yet down to earth, during the consult I asked many questions and he was honest, explained everything in detail and never rushed me. I trusted him completely and I am thrilled with my beautiful results. Even my incisions look fantastic and perfectly shaped to my crease and it's only been 6 days since my surgery! His staff are also great with following up, they always took my calls right away and responded promptly to my emails. ( thanks Kristy!) I would 100% recommend him for any and all cosmetic procedures. Thank you so much Dr. Goldberg!

Prepare. Research. Organize.

Tips and tricks that saved me!
3 weeks before surgery - Book time off work. plan for child care. Start going for weekly massages to ease tense back and chest muscles.
Stop upper body exercises at gym. Focus only on lower body and light cardio.
2 weeks before- start taking pre and post surgery supplements. Increase vitamin C and iron intake. AVOID all advil, aspirin and alcohol.
1 week before- buy must have supplies:
4 icepacks, button front pjs, 2 bralettes, neck support pillow, extra strength tylenol, stool softeners.
Day before surgery- eat healthy amount of protein. Rest.
I really stressed out about size of implants. Just remember you're surgeon most likely recommended you a few sizes to fit your frame appropriately. If you're stuck between 2 sizes. Go with the bigger one! I heard that from everyone. Especially if going under the muscle.

No Pain No Gain. 110 Lbs. 5'3. 32A . Debating Between 350 or 375cc Hp Unders

I obsessively researched realself and found it very helpful to read other people's journeys. I hope this helps someone else considering a breast augmentation. I will post several times regarding before during and after procedure. So keep reading!

Breastfed 3 babies for a total of 5 years.
Boobs deflated and flat.
I researched plastic surgeons in my area and picked 2 for consults. I couldn't decide because they both had great reviews and pictures so I ultimately chose the surgeon that made me feel more comfortable and took the time during the consult to answer all my questions without ever rushing me. His office staff also followed up with me several times after the consultation to see if I had other questions or concerns. I didn't feel like just another number in his practice unlike the other doctor I saw.
I scheduled my surgery 6 weeks after my first consult.
Next post will be prep and day of surgery.
