Soooo I'm 5"7 135lbs and about as flat Chest as a five year old boy! (You can laugh it's ok lol) I have always had a insecurity about my body first I was too skinny and then I gained weight. But my boobs has always hindered me when it came to clothes. 32A was not it this year 2020 I made it my business to not go another summer stuffing my swimsuits. I am getting my boobs 7/3/2020 and I couldn't b more excited.

I finally did what I’ve been longing for since I was a teenager. I have boobies????. It’s July 5 2020 which is two days post-op for me. I was scheduled for OP on July 3 2020. The day of my surgery things went as normally planned except scheduling I got to come in a little earlier which was ok with me. Not sure if I gave my stats before but I am 5”6 130-135 lbs I chose saline all due to safety precautions. I was reading a few reviews from others in regards to receiving sizing advice. I will say your kind of on your own because advice or assistance was bare minimum from the nurse. When asking about what fits or me I told her I would like to wear a FULL C CUP. The nurse told me that they don’t go by letters but CC’s which was obvious but no help was given after that so I kind of winged it a little. That was the only issue I experienced although that was very important ,everything and everyone was wonderful. I would have preferred to speak with the doc more. So I’ originally went for 425 cc’s but the day of my pre-op doc said he wouldn’t go over 450 (at least that’s what the nurse robin said). The day of surgery dr.colgrove took my measurements and I heard Him say I could go up to 510 so now here I am confused all over again about sizing which it’s a little to late for so I wish I knew that prior so to keep from stressing and making a rash decision I went with 450.

To be honest I'm not disappointed at all they look great BUT if given the chance to do it again i would go 500 for sure!

I'm getting 450cc and I don't know foe sure if I should go bigger or smaller. Nobody really helps you decide that part. I want a D, anything is better then what I have now. I was thinking a 500 but I don't want too big. ugh I dont know what to do, my surgery is January 11th. I need to decide.

I totally understand when you say no one helps with that part lol. I can't tell you what to do but me personally I would probably do 475 -500 because they do lose dimension as time move fwd. Also it really all balls down to what can FIT when you lay on the table as well

This was the first time I’ve ever had any surgery or went under so that was definitely a concern for me. Everything happened so quickly they took pics, spoke with me and measured next thing I know I’m in the operating room. I told them I was scared that i would try to fight my sleep and I wouldn’t go all the way under(watched way too many movies). The nurses laughed and next thing I know I started to feel weird and then a mask was put on my face then BOOM someone was calling my name to wake up! I was up and groggy and had new boobies! ???? while putting on my clothes I heard the nurse say you look beautiful! Right side 450. Left 375 my heart sanked all I could think of And say is “ My titties are going to be lumpsided” They laughed and said no they look great. I was so serious ..they put my cloths on so quickly and got me out of there I didn’t get to speak with the doctor to see what happened with the left side or anything. I am aware that one of my boobs were bigger than the other prior... but 375-450 seems like such a huge gap. Every since I heard those numbers I haven’t even looked at them in fear or not liking them. I did take a peek at the top and from that aspect I feel like I should have gone bigger and would have known I could had I actually got a little more assistance with sizing. But nevertheless this all just the beginning and I PRAY AND HOPE they come out to be what I Would like. BEFORE AND AFTER COMING SOON

I had 400cc left and 455cc right. One out my breasts was noticeably larger than the other but Im now 3 weeks post op and I feel like the one with the larger implant now looks noticeably larger, they don't seem even to me. Not sure if its still swollen or more swollen or whether it will go down!

So when I first it mine done the breast with the larger implant was bigger of course but as time went on now the smaller boob is HUGE from being swollen. It's so weird.
