Outstanding Care

I was truly amazed by Dr. Matthew Plant. He is the first doctor who actually gave me a real diagnosis — something I’ve been searching for since birth. I’ve struggled with this issue my entire life, and despite undergoing multiple surgeries, no one had ever truly identified the root cause — until now.

This was my third surgery, and Dr. Plant was able to correct something that others couldn’t. Not only is he a highly skilled and talented surgeon, but he is also a genuinely compassionate human being. He took the time to listen to me, to answer all my questions, and more importantly, he made me feel seen and understood. I had carried a lot of shame and felt "broken," but he reframed my situation — he treated me like an interesting challenge, and that changed everything for me.

The experience as a whole was exceptional — from the elegance of his beautiful Toronto office to the warmth and professionalism of his team. Marianne, Daniela, and Alex were outstanding — always available, day or night. We even booked the surgery on a Saturday afternoon, and I had questions on a Sunday night that were answered without hesitation. They were consistently kind, attentive, and supportive throughout the entire process.

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Plant and his incredible team. Even in a vulnerable and difficult situation, they manage to make you feel like you truly matter. That kind of care is rare — and deeply appreciated.
