Operation New Boobs!

Mom of 3, looking to fill in what’s left after breastfeeding three babies. Stats: 5’4, 115 lbs, 32B currently, hoping for D cup.
Had a consult with the doctor of my choice and am scheduled for surgery June 14th, Pre-Op June 1! Excited and terrified all at once! Tried 350 and 400 sizers. Borderline on needing a lift but deciding to skip it and hope for the best! Looking and an areolar incision and high profile mentor silicone implants. Before photos attached

You look fine just as you are. But if you are determined to get implants, a "C" cup would be perfect for your frame. Larger implants are pornish.

I think 350-400 will look perfect on your small frame. They do look a little smaller once they are actually in. Best wishes to you!

my surgery is scheduled for June 15th, and i look pretty similar before, im still debating between 385cc and 415cc but i think i’ll go with 415! good luck to you!

I’m 1 week P.O. today and I’m so happy I didn’t go too big I ended up with 415cc HP mentor implants. I’m almost 5’8, 135 lbs. originally I was looking at 465! The 415’s are plenty big enough and my chest looks very normal in clothes. I don’t feel like I have to hide anything when it calls for being modest. You’re going to look and feel amazing with whatever you decide! Best wishes!

Can you post photos?? My breasts are very similar to your before and I’m also on the border of needing a lift. What do yours look like now? Are you still happy with them?

Pre-op complete

nikhwantsnewboobs
Pre op appointment is complete! Final decision (I think lol) is 440 cc, high profile textured implant. In through the crease to move it a bit. Getting so excited yet so nervous. As of now I’m not nervous for actual surgery but about the pain and if they’ll turn out ok. Ready to be done being anxious about it and get to the other side. Eight days to go!!!

You’re gorgeous already, but I can’t wait to see your final result! Go bigger, let me assure you you’ll regret not going that little bit bigger. Hope it all goes well :).

I just had smooth, silicone implants placed 2 weeks ago so believe me I did my research. Not to scare you even more but you should ask you surgeon about the risks of textured implants And BIA-ALCL

I regret posting this comment as I don’t want to scare you! I see that you already had your pre op so I’m sure all this info has been reviewed with you. I didn’t know anything about this until I was reading the consent forms at my pre op! It’s extremely rare so no worries. Good luck with the surgery! It’s not bad at all. I had a lift too and I was amazed how little pain there was. I think you look good already so you’re going to look amazing!!!!
