Did you get a lift or just implants? Looking at your before picture on the previous post, it looks like they just did implants which would make this an unfortunate expected result as implants alone won't lift the breast, they'll just give you larger versions of what you already had which, if you had any sort of sagging or lack of upper pole fullness to start with, you'd be left with the same thing with implants alone (even high profile or UHP implants), just larger.

Did your surgeon suggest a lift?

I am only 1 week p.o. But my boobs are not that great. I know it is still early. But I do regret having done this.
I wanted perky, firm breasts. And I got 2 enourmous pears. Polytech 330ml memê round high profile, believe it or not. The breasts are uneaven, pointing towards my armpits. I wanted a lift, but the surgeon did not think I needed that. Obviously I do! I also wanted nipplecorrection, but he would not do that due to lack of bloodcirculation. (Wonder how the other surgeons at Nords does it? Since they do it)
Well saving up for a revision to be done elsewhere.

Who was your surgeon?
Not that it helps u. But what I can see, I think you have beautifull boobs. Doesnt look saggy but natural. Can't really spot the uneven, maybe its the swelling?
I think they look great and natural. They are not sitting in top of your chest like huge grapefruit.
